M&L mild steel steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting topls to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc. including all necessary drilling, bolting etc. conforming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O including dismantling the old wrought iron/mild steel work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L framed work such as grills, grating etc. with ends bars, shouldered ends or riveted or forged into spikes, framed and balusters etc. conforming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O including dismantling the old wrought iron/mild steel workcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1 : 6 to fair face of concrete or brick surface and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of CONSEC ZAL Super punch barb tape (SRPBT) Aluminium base helix coil with and include necessary GI fixing clips for securing complete all as specified and as directed with following specification:- (i) Dia of coil(unstreched-610 mm (ii)No of circle-51 turns per coil(iii) weight of each coil with hessian pack-8.5kg.(iv) Coverage per coil-8RM (v) Central core wire:-made from 2.6 mm dia GI-H.T.S.S wireas per IS -4454 galvanised as per IS 2629.(vi) Razor Punched tape is CONSEC-ZAL steel comprising of AL base with Zinc alloy @150 gm/m2 conforming to ASTM-729/A-729M with additional primer treatment of Epoxy/Polyurethane & final paint top coat of Caulifieid green shade(BSL 139) by Hot Dipping process. M&L one coats of cement base paint on old plaster surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 10cm in width or girth on new steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparing of new surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old wall surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping holes etc and applying one coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint, exterior grade (100% acrylic) of approved shade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete block and coping in 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for holding down angles including necessary form work including demolition the old onecomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L one coats of synthetic enamel paint over 10cm in width or girth on old steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide including preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 150mm bore Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes, grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed including demolition & bracking down old unserviceable pipes & taking out from trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete bed to drain pipes of 150 mm dia type C-2 (1:3:6)(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) including pading and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested including demolition of concrete bed and haunching against sides of pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks,of capacity exc 250 ltrs and n exc 500 ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc.Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc and reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks,of capacity exc 500 ltrs and n exc 1000 ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc.Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc and reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/desludging of septic tank, soak well etc by means of pump or manual labour, removing the slit / sludge execreta or any other foreign materials, depositing the same in excavated pit duly covered with excavated soil, spreading surrounding area with and including bleaching power and removing of surpluses excavated soil if any to a distance exceeding 250m not exceeding 500m complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Cost of excavation for excavated pit and bleaching power are deemed to be included in unit rate).

Cleaning the blockage in IWC, EWC,kitchen including roding CI pipe after opening the oval asses door of CI bend, CI branch piece (T) etc upto first manhole and placing the Oval access door in position & removing the rubbish/sludge to a distance exceeding 250m not exceeding 500m complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewer line of any description and any size including manhole by rodding with green bamboo stick / cane stick and well flushing with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in Repairs Precast cement concrete 25mm thick louvers or jallies (measured solid) type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate set in cement mortar (1:4) including all mouldings but excluding frame including demolition the old PCC works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete of Type B1(1:2:4) (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, deck slabs and in and the like including shuttering materials including demolition of old RCC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing precast cement concrete for manhole cover slabs and similar work type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in cement mortar (1:4) including demolition of old RCC complete all as specified and directed.
