Tile terracing with one layer of tiles, 22.86 cm x 11.43 cm x 3.81cm laid dry over a layer of mud mortar including grouting with cement sand mortar 1:3 and top surface to be left clean (HSR 13.14).

Conglomerate floor 40 mm thick cement concrete topping 1:2:4 (HSR 14.9)

Terrazzo topping rubbed and polished to a granolithic finish under layer 34mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 and top layer as specified below :- (a) with grey cement (ii) 43 mm thick with top layer 9 mm thick with white marble Makrana/Narnaul chipping of size above 4 mm but upto 7mm laid in cement marble powder mixed in the ratio of 3:1 (3 parts of cement and one part of marble powder) by weight in proportion of 4:7 (4 parts of cement marble powder mix :7 parts of white marble chips) by volume complete. White glazed tiles 15 cm x 15 cm , 5mm thick in skirting and dado on 12mm thick cement coarse sand plaster 1:3 in base and jointed with white cement slurry in joints, including bevelled corners [ HSR 14.48(a)(i)]

12 mm thick cement plaster 1 : 4 on walls ( HSR 15.5 )

12 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 on walls [HSR 15.7]

10 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on under side of ceiling (HSR 15.52)

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on old wood-work or metalic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint. (HSR 16.5)

Preparation of plastered surface for oil bound distemper including sand papering the surface, applying one coat of linseed oil, and filling with approved quality filler, consisting of white lead , linseed oil,varnish and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete. (HSR 16.52)

Distempering with washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) one coats over one on old distempered work. (HSR 16.59)

Finishing walls with exterior decorative cement based paints such as snowcem, Robbiacem etc. on old work, one coat to give an even shade (HSR 16.62)

Providing and fixing in position best indian make (to the approval of the Engineer-in-Charge) European type water closet suit with non-concealed 'P' or 'S' trap with or without vent and all other necessary fittings as fully described in item no. 30.3 above [HSR 30.4 (i)]

Providing and fixing in position best Indian make bevelled edge 5.5mm thick mirror mounted on asbestos sheet ground fixed in position by means of 4 Nos. chromium plated brass screws and washers complete including cutting and making good the walls etc. [HSR 30.71] a) Indian make (i) 600 x 450mm
