REPAIR/MAINT OF VRF AC PLANT AT CERTAIN TECHNICAL AND DOMESTIC AREA OF 19 WING, AF AND SUPPLY OF REFRIGERANT GAS UNDER GE (AF) BORJHAR

M&L for repair and comprehensive maintenance of moudular type Variable Refrigerant Flow (Make Samsung) system (22 x 3 HP, 12 x 2 HP ) equipped with invertor, compressors, acrylic precoated heat exchanger, low noise Condenser fan, auto check function for connection error, auto address setting with any capacity Modules and any location Including replacement of all thermocol foams insulating materials and any type of packing material, PVC drain pipe connections and any item required for replacement like as copper tubling gasket pumps, fan motor etc through authorised service provider for the complete plant by servicing/replacing any type spare parts as and when required to outdoor, indoor units including compressor, condensor, PCBs, valves, fan motors, piping, insulation refrigerant during the period of contract and in one year liability period complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for repair and comprehensive maintenance of moudular type Variable Refrigerant Flow (Make Carrier) system 12x4HP equipped with invertor, compressors, acrylic precoated heat exchanger, low noise Condenser fan, auto check function for connection error, auto address setting with any capacity Modules and any location Including replacement of all thermocol foams insulating materials and any type of packing material, PVC drain pipe connections and any item required for replacement like as copper tubing gasket pumps, fan motor etc through authorised service agent of manufacturer for the complete plant by servicing/replacing any type spare parts as and when required to outdoor, indoor units including compressor, condensor, PCBs, valves, fan motors, piping, insulation refrigerant during the period of contract and in one year liability period complete all specified and as directed.

NOTE (for Serial Items No. 1 & 2) (i) one year guarantee certificate to be submit by the contractor before completion of work (ii) The cost of thermocol foams and any type of packing material, PVC drain pipe etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be entertained on this account (ii) Spare parts like as PCBs, Harmony, thermistors, drain pump & motor shall be measured & paid as Supply only seperatly under respective item No. 3 to 16 of this schedule. Fixing charges of spare parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

Supply and fixing new Fan PCB Main assembly complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Samsung, Cat No.DB92-03341A or equivalent model from MES approved makes.

Supply and fixing new SUB (HUB) PCB Main assembly complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Samsung, Cat No.DB92-03342A or equivalent model from MES approved makes.

Supply and fixing new Invertor PCB Main assembly complete all as specified and as directed. Make-Samsung, Cat No.DB92-03526A or equivalent model from MES approved makes.

Supply and fixing new Main Display PCB Main assembly complete all as specified and as directed. Make-Samsung, Cat No.DB92-03340A or equivalent model from MES approved makes.

Supply only new EMI PCB Main assembly complete all as specified and as directed. Make-Samsung, Cat No.DB93-13529A or equivalent model from MES approved makes.

Supply only new Drain pump complete all as specified and as directed. Make-Samsung/Carrier/Blue Star/Voltas

Supply only new Thermostat complete all as specified and as directed. Make :Samsung/Carrier/Blue Star/Voltas

Supply only new Coil Harmonic complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Samsung, Cat No.DB27-00094A or equivalent model from MES approved makes.

Supply only new Motor complete all as specified and as directed. Make-Samsung, Cat No.DB31-00578A or equivalent model from MES approved makes.

Supply only new fan motor PCB Main assembly suitable for 12 HP VRF AC Plant complete all as specified and as directed. Make-Carrier/Blue Star/Voltas/LG

supply only new float switch suitable 24 HP VRF AC plant complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Carrier/ Samsung or equivalent MES approved make.

Supply only new DC Invertor PCB Main assembly complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Carrier/Blu Star/Voltas/LG

Supply only new main Display PCB Main assembly complete all as directed by Engr-in Charge. Make- Carrier/Votas/Blue Star/LG

supply only new indoor unit PCB for VRF AC plant complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :Carrier/ Samsung or equivalent MES approved make.

supply only new indoor unit Motor for VRF AC plant complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :Carrier/ Samsung or equivalent MES approved make.

Disconnecting to unserviceable sealed compressor of suitable for 24 HP VRG AC plant and replaced with new hermatical sealed compressor of existing make and model including soldering of liquid/ gas pipe, cleaning the system arresting the leaking, vacuum sing, initial charging of oil and refrigerant gas as requited including installation, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for insulation for drain pipes and condensor copper pipes as per existing type rubber insulating materials suitable for VRF Plant ccomplete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 2.5 sq.mm multi core sheated cable for connection between indoor unit inluding with accessories PVC conduit of size 15/20mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The VRF AC Plant must be repaired or serviced through OeM (Carrier and Samsung) or his authorized Service Centre. Necessary documents as required to be submitted by the bidder to Engineer-in-Charge prior qualifying of the bidding.
