Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any discription on brick or stone walls/ ceilings etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking Down of false ceiling of any thickness acomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete, but except brick, i.e. using serviceable bricks obtained from demolition of brick here-in-before all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC Nominal mix 1:2:4 type B 1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Floor finishes , path ,hard standing in alternate bays including 25 mm thick Wearproof topping as specified (incorporating an approved metallic floor hardner), laid on concrete floors and pavings, and finished even and smooth (except metallic hardner) finished even and fair all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in copings, lintels upto 1.50 metre clear span, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc. and in similar works including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form work complete all as specified directed.

M & L rendering 5mm thick on brick masonery/RCC surface in CM 1:4 over 10mm thick in CM 1:6 including water proofing compound and finished the surface smooth and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separtely).

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smoth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted wooden surface of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not other wise described, and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates ) in any thickness as in padding on roof slab for levelling the surface of roof slab finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of the existing roof treatment of any description viz tarfelt or memberance surface of roof riles/ concrete padding etc including grubbing up of tree roots, removing all the debris to a distance n exc 100m for roof treatment work, prepration of the concrete roof sufraces by scrubbing down with steel bruses and cleaning with water all loose dirt/ dust and applying the following roof treatment complete all as specied and directed:- (a) Applying 1st course of 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 over concrete surfaces. (b) Applying 2nd course of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.4Kg/Sqm over the screed bed. (c) Applying 3rd course of a coat of blown type bituminous of grade 85/25 heating to a working temperature of 180 degree Celsius and applied @1.2 Kg/Sqm. (d) Applying 4th Course of APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane 3mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kg/ Sqm with 160 Grams/ Sqm non woven polyster made at centre core reinforced laid with 75mm side overlap. The memberance has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat. (e) Applying 5th course of a coat of bodig material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature material with bown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to a working temperature of 180 dregee Celsius and applied @ 1.02 Kg/Sqm.

M&L for capilary rise treatment of walls as following :- Base coat: Berger HS Latex plus (or equivalent) Consumption base coat: 0.3 kg/m2 Second and Third coat: Latex sheild 2K (or equivalent) Consumption top coat: 3 kg/m2 System requirements: density: 2.00 kg/ltr Compressive strength: 0.5 N/mm2 Note :-The concerned items should be executed by OEM authorized applicator after signing of MOU (format attached as Appendix 'AB' on page no. 84 of tender documents as per Sch 'A' Note No 19 Page No 17).

M&L for taking down cement plaster or decayed concrete of any description including cutting V grooves in 10 -12 mm deep in patches or fully on RCC surface , roof projection, chajjas ,wall , ceiling, etc and making good the decayed portion with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound or mixed or PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) after preparation WPC water proofing with bonding agent in CM 1:2 as bonding coat for old concrete slab/wall surfaces in two coats and first coat mixed in ratio CM 1.1 for repairs ,necessary form work, where ever required and finally finishing the surface with 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 finishing & CM 1:6 as in wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable/damaged GI strip any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentaling /Taking down unserviceable aluminium air termination road any size including breaking PCC block complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light controlled by one,one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLSH) cable 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including In stove enamelled steel conduit (medium grade) of suitable dia along with 1.5 sqmm continuous PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable for earth continuity wire, connected to earth dolly and to be terminated in flame proof distribution board including testing on completion complete including cutting chases for concealed conduit pinning in making good to facing and pointing in using cement mortar 1:3 and making good disturbed surface all as specified and as directed.
