Pothole and patch repairs on State Highways, Major District Roads, and Other District Roads within the division under the patch repair scheme for the financial year 2026-27.

Patch with G3 Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stone screening to fill up the nterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density

Patch with PC Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides,cleaning of surface,providing tack coat,20 mm thick premix carpet and seal coat type 'B' a per drawing and technical pecification Claues 1904.2,503 and 508.1.

Patch Repairs with BC 30 mm Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces,cleaning of surface,panting of tack coat on sides and base of excavation as per clause 503,back filling the pot-holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting,trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface,all as per clause 3004.2

Patch with WMM Providing and laying,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant cairrage of mixed material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.
