Carrying out scheduled maintenance, weekly maintenance, planned maintenance and running breakdown maintenance of 17Nos CAT777E, 100T dumpers of Amlohri Project for a period of 365 days

Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc:- As per scope of work mentioned in NIT.

Mounting and demounting of engine and its related parts and commissioning the machine after all relevant checks

Mounting and demounting of Transmission and its related parts and commissioning the machine after all relevant checks

Repairing of final drive /brake assembly of 01 side of dumper commissioning the machine after all relevant brake test checks.

Repairing of vibration damper, Torque Convertor, Power Take Off unit and commissioning the machine after all relevant checks.

Mounting and demounting of hydraulic pump/steering pump/charging pump and commissioning the machine after proper functionality and pressure tests

Demounting and mounting of suspension/hoist cylinder/steering cylinder and commissioning the machine after all functionality checks of repaired sub-assemblies.

Mounting, demounting, bush changing of tie rod or radial rod or steering cylinder or dump body pin and commissioning the machine after all relevant functionality and structural check of sub-assemblies

Lubricant filling, Filter housing cleaning, filter replacement, oil draining, doing all activities of 50Hrs daily maintenance, 500 Hrs scheduled maintenance, 1000 Hrs scheduled maintenance, 2000 Hrs maintenance and carry out all checks as per prescribed checklists of OEM standards.

To attend all minor mechanical repair maintenance activity, hose replacement (in case of leakage), replacement of minor sub-assemblies, assistance in welding work, float repair, do mechanical safety inspections, inspections as per daily checklists and commissioning the machine after all check as per OEM in General and 2nd shift.(inclusive of 02Nos Skilled,02 Nos Semi-skilled and 2Nos unskilled in 02 shifts, (Total 04Nos Skilled,04 Nos Semi-skilled and 04Nos unskilled on daily basis)
