Material and labour for dry sand cushioning to under ground cables in trenches including spreading, levelling and hand punning complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Thickness after hand punning shall be measured.

CONCRETE WORK

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filing and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filing and mass concrete for pedastal of PCC pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 M clear span,cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plate, kerbs not provided, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded chamfered on edges of tiled path complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc. basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, shelves, cover slabs (manholes etc.) and similar articles with plain faces, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

BRICK WORK

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for continuous brick edging with width equal to width of brick laid dry on end vertically with burnt clay bricks of sub class B, including necessary excavation, tamping ground around bricks & removal of surplus soil to outside defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

WOOD WORK/FORMWORK

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to faces of walls, abutments and similar work, vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to sides of column, concrete flats for rough finished surfaces of complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete footing for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

STEEL AND IRON WORK

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia and over and upto 10mm dia as in stirrups spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia bars as in stirrups cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rail, braces etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing framed work such as grills, gratings work etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, dilling holes, notching of wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for secruing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riverting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Each line of wire shall be measured.

Supply and fixing galvanised steel concertina coil of 600mm spiral dia wire with 2.5mm (coil not less than 8kg and stretched 5 to 6 m) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing chain link fencing wire 4mm dia including line wires any mesh size 100 x 100mm any types and straining and fixing to any type of post including securing with 16mm dia bar on both side and middle crossing and stapple complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 1.00 mm plain, black, mild steel sheeting for gates, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and stright flashings (lengh and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and as directed.

FLOOR FINISHES AND PAVINGS

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 60mm thick precast cement concrete interlocking paver block of grade M-35 having compresive strength 35 N/mm2 conforming to IS-15658-2006 laid with glossy finish over and including sand cushining of average thickness 25mm after consolidation set and level the tiles on proper level with interlocking complete all as specified and as directed.

PLASTERING

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

WHITE WASHING AND CEMENT BASED PAINTING

Material and labour for preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of wall/concrete surface and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

PAINTING

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT panel board, outdoor type, cubical shape, asthaetically designed, floor mounted, factory fabricated CPRI approved, made out from 3 mm thick CRCA sheet with front and rear opening, dust and vermin proof, provision for ventilation including bus bar chamber for three phase and neutral, continuous GI strip earth bus bar, confirming to IS-8623 rust proof, powder coating with pure polyester powder coated 0.70 microns as per IS- 13871, 1993 complete panel mounted on base frame made out from MC channel of suitable size & fixed on PCC platform of suitable size made out of PCC 1:3:6 type B2 using 40 mm grated aggregate and coping with PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm grated aggregate, panel should be of suitable size to accomodate the items mentioned below and having seperate compartment / chamber for electric switch gear, bus bar & cable gallery etc. and including all incoming and outgoing electric having suitable holes for extension of electric connection from bus bar to switch gear complete all as specified and comprising with the following:

Note for Item No. 46 & 47:- Rate of earth work and PCC work shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of said items.

Supply, laying and testing of LT UG armoured, XLPE insulated cable of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core, inner and outer sheathed PVC insulated, with stranded aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS-7098 Pt-I, laid in trenches / floor / duct / wall including aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing of LT UG armoured, XLPE insulated cable of size 25 Sqmm 4 core, inner and outer sheathed PVC insulated, with stranded aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS-7098 Pt-I, laid in trenches / floor / duct / wall including aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Item No. 48 & 49:- Earth work, PCC cover, sand, GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule-A/ BOQ.

Material and labour for steel tubular swaged poles, with double swan neck, cast iron base plate, bolts, nuts and screws complete conforming to IS:2713 (Part I, II & III) 1980, 9.0 meter long, type 410 SP-31, errecting truly vertical, welded and reduced section, including painting throughout internally/externally upto standing depth andremaining exterior portion of pole with two coas of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and numbering of poles complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Earth work, PCC work shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for drilling hole under hard standing /road for laying of pipe for protection of cable etc. by means of mannual bookle and without disturbing the top surface and making good the disturbed surface if any complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI tubes, light grade (ISI marked), galvanized, 80 mm bore laid in trenches or under floor or fixed with poles/walls for protection of cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting of capacity 45 watts, working on 240 volts, 50 Hz AC supply with lumen efficacy of LED > 100 LM/W, powered by electronic driver built in potted LED driver (SMPS based constant current supply) with lower THD ≤ 10%, PF ≥ 0.95, output open/short circuit protection, phase to phae protection, over voltage protection, surge voltage protection up to 10 kv with SPD and other safety test as per IS 15885 part-2/sec13, CISPR15 with high efficiency polycarbonate UV stabilized cover with integrated lens to ensure asymmetrical between light distribution and housing made out from pressure die-cast aluminium alloy for housing (heat shrink) for effective thermal managment sturdiness, excellent corrosion, separate optical and gear compartment with IP 66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light fitting of capacity 150 watt, working on 240 volts, 50 Hz AC supply with lumen output should be minimum 15000 lumen, powered by electronic driver built in potted LED driver (SMPS based constant current supply) with in-built protection against high voltage surge, open circuit and short circuit, with lower THD≤ 10% , PF ≥ 0.95, and third party test report from NABL aceredited laboratory of LM-79, LM-80 & housing made out from pressure die-cast aluminium alloy for housing (heat shrink) for effective thermal managment sturdiness, excellent corrosion, separate optical and gear compartment with IP 66 protection pre wired up to connector including 4 sqmm PVC insulated cable for making connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with 2 run of 2.5 sqmm multistrand copper conductor, PVC insulated, 1100 volts grade in and including PVC conduit with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistrand copper earth continuity conductor including lugs of suitable size from light fitting connector to looping box on pole complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode, 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) surrounded with alternate layer of charcoal and salt as directed with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead of 32x6mm strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and 80 mm thick precast RCC cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia MS round bar @ 75 c/c both ways with 02 Nos lifting handles of 12 mm dia MS plain bar, GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade with funnels and wire mesh for watering and 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for earth lead protection etc. complete including necessary earthwork and excavation and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm and protection pipe of 40 mm dia upto 7.5 metre length shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of eco friendly, generating set diesel engine driven 15 KVA/12 KW at 0.80 power factor or nearest higher size, 415 volts AC, 3 phase 50 Hz 4 wire directly coupled alternator and engine, air cooled, common base platform with in built fuel tank and including all excavation, PCC foundation, anti vibration pads/dampers as per manufacturer and as directed manufacturer, DG set shall be factory assembled by the OEM of the engine manufacturer and all components shall be accomodated in enclosure and other accessories complete all as specified and as directed and comprising of the following :-

(A) Engine : Eco friendly for emmission and noise (CPCB norms compliance) diesel engine conforming to BS/IS standard developing suitable BHP but not less than 20.5 BHP @ 1500 RPM air cooled 2 cylinder complete under NTP condition with a provision for 10% over load for one hour on 12 hours running with DG set protection including alarm and tripping for following:- (a) Engine protection system for low lubricating oil pressure and high cylinder temperature with stop solenoid. Powder coating is done after surface treatment process of sheet metal. Canopy panel and doors shall have inside lining of foam as acoustic material, Hinged door shall be provided to canopy, one door shall have glass window for control panel, the average sound level when measured in green field condition (ISO3744 or 8528 PT 10) at 1 meter distance from the enclosed surface, noise level from 1mtr of canopy as per CPCB-II norms shall be less than 70 dB. (G) AMF Panel :- AMF panel shall be indoor type floor mounting suitable for 15 KVA generating set totally enclosed with sheet metal enclosure, cubical type, front operated, dust and vermin proof, fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated after necessary pre-laminated process, front door with locking arrangement & two earth points by the side of the box with cable glands, sockets etc. with provision of cable entry from bottom all prewired and connected complete comprising the following :-

Material and labour for 150 mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stones of size 100 to 50mm, deposited, spread, levelled in one layer, interistices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam (WBM) in two layers with coarse aggregate of granite, trap or basalt, grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (Retro reflective) of specified shade/colour using hard thermoplastic material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and accordance with manufacturers specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

DEMOLITION/DISMANTLING

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in ground floors (below or above ground level) not exceeding 15 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors not exceeding 15 cm (thickness below or above ground level) and including removing demolised PCC from site exceeding 500 metre but not exceeding 1000 metre, depositing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling concrete poles/ struts of any size and transporting to store and stacking complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling steel poles/ struts of any size and transporting to store and stacking complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable, damaged LT cables of any size from the existing trench/poles/wall complete all as specified and as directed.
