Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m,Transporting to site,spreading,grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5.

Providing, laying and spreading approved stone aggregate,[53-9.5 mm@50%,9.5-2.36 @ 20% & 2.36 mm and below @28%] on a prepared sub grade,adding Cement(OPC)@ 2% by weight to the spread material manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of Sub-base.

Providing, laying and spreading approved stone agreegate,[45-22.4 mm@30%,22.4-2.36 @ 40% & 2.36-75micron@26%] on a prepared sub base,adding Cement(OPC)@ 4% by weight to the spread material manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of Base.

Construction of shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m,Transporting to site,spreading,grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen V.G._10 using Bitumin pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom .

Providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm @ 1.80 cum/100 Sqm and 11.2mm @ 0.90cum/100 sqm Stone aggregates using bitumen VG-10 @ 1.46 kg/sqm required line ,grade and level on a previously prepared base including mixing in a departmental H.M.p Located on Bachhrawan-Maharajganj road km-5 in Distt. raebareli,laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 Tonne capacity finished to Surface , cost of labour at H.M.P & site and stone grit but excluding cost of bitumen, hire and fuel of H.M.P 7 allied machinary required for proper completion of work (Material for premix will be collected at Dept. H.M.P) As per MORD Technical Specification Clause 508.( Rate excluding cost of Bitumen )

Providing and laying seal coat Type 'C' with 6.70 mm grit @ 0.90 Cum/ 100 Sqm. sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall including cleaning existing painted surface, cost of all material, labour at site & plant and T&P etc. but excluding cost of bitumen, roller & machinery etc. required for the proper completion of the work.(material will be dumped at H.M.P, Thulendi) ( Rate excluding cost of Bitumen )
