Replacement of damaged structural steel work including side cladding of CHP at Kamptee patch at AIKDOCM under Kamptee Sub Area.(3rd Call)

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Extra for dismantling trusses, rafters, purlins etc. of steel work for every additional span of one metre or part thereof beyond 10 metres.

Extra for dismantling trusses, rafters, purlins etc. of steel work for every additional height of one metre or part thereof beyond 5 metres.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of : G.S. Sheet.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks,bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces),excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m².

Taking out wind ties from roof including cutting out rusted bolts, nuts etc. and removing materials to any distance within compound and stacking.

Extra for providing and fixing wind ties of 40x 6 mm flat iron section.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading, weighment, unloading and stacking. Scrap Steel 1 Km lead.
