Dismantling tile work of wall & dado laid in cement mortar including stacking of useful material with in 50-meter lead and disposal of unserviceable materials in authorized municipal dumps etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:(a)For thickness of tiles less than 10 mm.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (a)1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approvedmake, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of stepsand dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing M.R.(Moisture resistant) GRADE BLOCK BOARD of approved brand conforming to IS 1659:1990 to be used in furniture, partitions, panels, table, counter, drawers, cabinet ,cupboard frame, shutters etc.)including cutting into approved shape and design and fixing /placing in position as per the architectural requirement and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The item includes the cost of adhesive, nails, screws etc. as required complete...(The finished area shall be measured for payment.) (a) 19 mm thick interior grade block board with both sides commercial veneering

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (a)In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1stquality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. (a)Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. GI metal ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white colour tiles of size 595x595 mm, and 0.50 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of GI sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm ( both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: (a) 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. (a) 1.0 mm thick.

Providing and fixing 100mm wide vertical blind . Head rail is to be manufactured from extruded powder coated aluminium section having external dimension 40 X 33 mm high. Minimum vane overlap in closed fully fitted position to be 17mm. Transverse movement of vane is to be controlled by polyester braided cord. The cord is to be tensioned by weight. Rotation to be controlled by endless ball chain with boom peat mechanism and shaft of extruded corrosion resistant aluminium complete as per approval & direction of Engineer-in-charge ( colour, quality & make of blind to be got approved from the Engineer-in-charge).

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Distempering with distemper of approved brand and manufacture (one or more coats) and of required shade on old work to give an even shade.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : (a)Two or more coats on new work.

Dismantling & refixing of Aluminium doors, windows and partitions by taking out all panels of particle board, glazing, grills and louvers by dismembering aluminium frame by opening all cleats, screws as per direction of engineer in-charge & refixing the same material after cutting the material to suitable size and jointing with cleats, steel screws & nut bolts for doors & windows as per site requirements and filling the panels with particle board, glazing, grill or louvers after cutting to the size of panels complete including fixing in position by roll plugs or dash fasteners as per direction of engineer in-charge ( Item includes the cost of labour involved in cutting floor, walls and making good the same and cleats, screws and nut bolts but excludes the cost of new materials such as aluminium glazing, boards and rubber gaskets. Refixed area shall be measured for payments). (a) For doors, windows, partitions , ventilators, openable shutter including chawkhat frame etc.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing bright finished 100 mm mortice lock with 6 levers without pair of handles of approved quality for aluminium door, with necessary screws etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing vitreous china dual purpose closet suitable for use as squatting pan or European type water closet with seat & lid fixed with C.P. brass hinges and rubber buffers, 10 litre low level flushing cistern with fitting and brackets, 40 mm flush bend, 20 mm over flow pipe, with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: (a)White vitreous china dual purpose WC pan with white solid plastic seat and lid with white vitreous china flushing cistern and C.P. flush bend.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require: (a) White Vitreous China Wash basin size 630x450 mm with a pair of 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps.

Fixing chowkhats in existing opening including embedding chowkhats in floors or walls cutting masonry for holdfasts, embedding hold fasts in cement concrete blocks of size 15 x 10 x 10 cm with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), painting two coats of approved wood preservative to sides of chowkhats and making good the damages to walls and floors as required complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. (a) Door chowkhats .

Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials i/c malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing C.P. Heallth Faucet with flexible tube upto 1 metre long. Of approved quality and make as approved by Engineer - in - charge.

Extra for providing opening of required size & shape for wash basin/kitchen sink in kitchen platform, vanity counter and similar location in marble/ Granite/ stone work, including necessary holes for pillar taps etc. including moulding, rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc. complete

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. (a) 1.0 mm thick.

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood lipping/ moulded beading or taj beading of size 18X5 mm fixed with wooden adhesive of approved quality and screws/ nails on the edges of the Pre-laminated particle board as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
