Fabrication and Erection of Steel shed (size-171×2.5×3.55mtr) of Bhaurat Dam as per drawing.
Fabrication of Steel Shed (Size-171×2.5×3.55mtr.) of Bhaurat Dam as Per Drawing in Irrigation Workshop Jhansi. The work includes identifying, separating, taking out and shifting of M.S. plate (06 mm), M.S. angles (50×50×06 & 65×65×06), M.S. pipe (100mm dia) & auxiliary materials and T&P etc. from store yard to shop. Cutting of M.S. angle as per drawing for fabrication of prelin & Truss. Straightening M.S. angle at press machine and reshifting to shop. Cutting of cleat angle and welding on angle for fabrication of truss & prelin as per drawing. Cutting of angle as per drawing for fabrication of water protecting sheet angles. Cutting of M.S. plates as per drawing for fitting in M.S. pipe. Consumables Material, T&P and supervisory staff will be provided to contractor by deptt. free of cost.
Erection of Steel Shed over Superstructure (size-171×2.5×3.55mtr) at Bhaurat Dam distt. Lalitpur. Work includes Shifting of fabricated ms truss, ms angle, ms pipe (100mm dia & length-2.5mtr) from bottom of pier to superstructure top with the help of hydra crane. Measuring, marking on super structure for fitting of ms pipe (100mm dia & length-2.5mtr) Fitting of ms pipe- (100mm dia & length-2.5mtr) on superstructure and Checking diagonally. Fitting of ms truss on top of pipe (100mm dia & length-2.5mtr) with the help of skilled labours & hydra crane. Erection of ms perlin for Fitting of duro shine sheet with the help of hydra crane. Fitting of duro shine sheet over steel shed & tightening all nut & bolts with on perlin. Fitting of ridge sheet over steel shed & tightening all nut & bolts with on top of shed.
