Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed for laying of under ground cable, foundation of pole and stay etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well remmining in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

Dismantling of old PCC/steel tubular pole of any size with necessary disconnection of electric wire, demolition of concrete foundation including excavation, earth work as reqd & removing the same from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & errection of steel tubuler swaged & welded pole 9.0 m long type 410 SP- 31 complete with CI base plate and finial tapper plug , bolts nuts screw conforming to IS: 2713 (part I to III) complete painting of pole with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and applying one coat of synthetic enamel painting of Air Force sky blue colour (0.75M above foundation) all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning 8cm below the cable and 15cm above the cable for cable protection in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- After cushioning total thickness measured as 18 cm.

Supply and lay burnt best quality locally available old size sub class 'B' bricks laid in trenches perpendicular to U/G cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only serviceable bricks obtained from the items specified here-in-before (i.e during taking out of under ground cable),laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed

Taking out unserviceable LT U/G cable from trenches 6 Sqmm to 16 Sqmm size 2/4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring holes horizontally under road without damaging the surface of road ( minimum 1.0 Metre below the road surface with the help of GI tubing not exc 80 mm bore(dia) for passing UG cable, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : - GI Pipe laid will be measured and paid separately under respective item

Supplying and fixing in replacement Galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade 40 mm dia complete with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed :- (Excavation & Earth work , Mild steel clamps, bolts , nuts and washers shall be measured and paid separately). Make: - QST, TATA, JINDAL.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised earths tripe 25 X 4 mm size by means of steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 5 of MES Schedule Part-I connected to earthing point and testing on completion with and including 15 mm bore light grade G.I. protection pipe (upto 7.5 metre beyond outer edge of earth pit) PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 6 mm dia M.S bars 3 nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore light grade G.I. watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of outdoor type cubical bus bar chamber 0.90 m x 0.60 m x 0.60 m suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz and, 415 Volt, having 160A MCCB, 4 pole, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 25 KA and 4 aluminium bus bar of suitable size and of capacity 250amp factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication process powder coated in approved shard having thickness not less than 100 mircrons provided with suitable gasket to make it dust /vermin proof. The outer shell shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA Sheet (CPRI type tested) and MS angle section 50x50x6mm frame, factory fabricated with front and back openable double door system locable / openable by keys from both side having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a ditachable plate having provn for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The dimension of the shell should be adequate to accomodate inner shell described below giving minimum 75 mm space all round. Provision o threaded earthing stud at bottom & lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made, degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-43 complete embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded aggregate ) n. exc. 0.45 cum complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.5 Cum, getting out ,returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc. 25cm in soft/loose soil and getting out.

S&F for mild steel plate girder or single stanchions or posts, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases, splices, angle brackets cleats or other connections of Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A'

S&F Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary,gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel')complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and fabrication in replacement of reflective information sign board, single sided of size 21 ft x 3 ft made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, pasted with blue colour background reflective paper, digital printed white colour lettering including marking MES Logo symbols and all fixing arrangements like nuts, bolts & washers to fix the sign board complete all as specified and directed. (e.g. 33/11 KV MES MAIN RECEIVING STATION AGE (I) AF MEMAURA)

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat priming with red oxide,zinc chrome on new or previously untreated surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as spd.

Supply, installation and fabrication in replacement of LED information glow sign board, single sided of size 4 ft x 3 ft made out of 2 mm thick white acrylic sheet , digital printed multi colour lettering ,symbols and frame made out of 1 mm thick PGI sheet complete all as specified and as directed. (for 33/11 KV Main Receiving Station (MRS))

M & L for MS sheet 20 x 15cm, thickness of 2mm and square bar 10mm dia, 35 cm long framed work with shape of 'T' etc, necesary welding, earth works, PCC 15x15x15cm, etc painting / marking of TESTED ON -------, RESULT --------------, and all arrangements complete all as specifed and directed

S & F pre cast RCC cover slab over earth pit size of exc 300x300x50 mm but n.exc 450x450x50 mm including reinformement (8 mm dia bars both ways @ 100 mm c/c) etc, including dismatling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of LT FPB of various size by scrapping with steel wire brush / scrapper emery paper etc and applying one coat of synthetic enameled siemens gyey/existing colour (painting shall be done by spray machine) including welding the LT FPB door matching with the LT FPB complete all as specified and directed.
