Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required (excluding reinforcement).

Supplying and filling in plinth with Pulverised sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

SITC of pump set with water cooled diesel engine equivalent to Kirloskar make 4R1040, 52 HP, with suitable RPM coupled with water pump equivalent to Kirloskar make, model RKB 65/19, suitable stage with std C.I impeller having suction and delivery of 80mm x 65 mm with a minimum discharge of 61.2 cum/hr at a head of 130 mtrs including base frame with foundation bolts and nuts, coupling assembly , C.I foot valve 80 mm etc, fuel tank assembly with bracket of minimum 150 litres capacity, 1X12 Volts 180 AH battery with cables and stand, silencer pipe, part catalogue, SFC & environment friendly certificate, standard tools etc as required.
