Supply of C.I. Isolating Transformer housing box,water tight round type,metal container of outside size 330mm height 450mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole centre at one side surface centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive two of 50mm dia "B" class GI pipe, at one side surface centre 175mm above bottom suitable to receive 32/50mm secondary lead cable and including check nuts as required and another hole at 175mm from the bottom of the CI Box to receive one no. 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and check nut as required.The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of frangible & illuminated wind direction indicator confirming to ICAO Annex 14, volume I and suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply and consist of following complete as required. (a) 5 mtr height FRP frangible pole/mast. The frangibility shall confirm to ICAO Annex 14 & Aerodrome design manual part-6/FAA. The color of pole/mast shall be preferably aviation yellow or red/white. Installation, Testing and commissioning of inset Type High Intensity Runway Edge/ threshold/ end Light/ Approach light Fixtures including cuttings the Bilminous/ Concrete Runway by cuttings the Runway with Machine Tool for required size, positioning of fittings, applying suitable sealent for bonding etc., making the Runway to the original shape and strength, alignment of fitting etc., including installation of Inset Type Fitting and Installation of Isolation Transformers in the CI box, and making secondary Lead connections and Earth connections including Testing and Commisioning etc., as required. (Excluding Supply of Sealent materials)

Installation, testing and commisiong of HIRL /MIRL elevated type (Suitable for Halogen lamp) type fittings on the existing transformer housing boxes including installation of transformer, lens, lamps gasket,nut bolts, lens holding clamp and other accessories i/c alignment, levelling,isolating transformer, connection, earth connection etc. all complete.

Installation of transformer housing box with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of 100mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4 150mm thick. The top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 10" long 1/2" dia "B" class GI pipe with checknuts for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder/ Basic strip and re-filling (wherever the transformer are in a line the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centers fall in a straight line) etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of HIRL/MIRL fixtures on the existing runway circuit.

Painting of Runway/ threshold /end /turnning pad light fixtures with aviation yellow & CI box with black synethic enamelled paint including making the numbering on the each lighting fitting base plate etc as required.

Providing and laying of 110mm outer dia, PE80, PN6 rating HDPE pipe IS:4984, IS:14333 by Horizontal Directional Drilling including jointing/welding of HDPE pipes across the runway/taxiway and Roads by trencheless directional drilling (HDD) method by deploying HDD machines, mud mixing system, Earth movers etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of size up to 35 Sqmm in the existing RCC/HUME/STONE WARE/METAL/DWC-HDPE pipe as required.

Cutting groove of size 50mm wide and 100mm deep/ As per site requirement with saw cut/ kerf cutting machine,on the concrete/ bituminous runway surface including kerfing, chiseling, cleaning and filling the excess gap with cement morar and top layer groove with sealant compound after putting sealant primer after laying including jute covering for protection etc. as required.

Dismantiling of existing INSET fitting by Core cutting the existing bitiminous/Concreate withmachine tool including removal of fitting etc., as required. (Approach lights and Runway Lights)

Making field connections by crimping of 16 sqmm /6 sqmm sizes plug & receptable with suitable existing size single core PVC cu. Conductor cable of 5 KV grade Airfield cable including filling the gap with water sealent material applying PVC insulation tape etc. complete as reqd.

Dismantiling of existing runway cables from field and handing over to store etc as required .

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I.fittings including cutting and threading with coupling , trenching (75cm deep) and re-filling etc., as required - 50 mm dia
