Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M&L for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note : Measurement shall be taken after punning down.

S&F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

All as per srl item No 5 here-in-before but using old bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm for cable protection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

All as per srl item No 7 here-in-before but using old precast concrete cable cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 40 to 100 mm bore and making good both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

S&F in replacement GI Pipe (light grade) with necessary accessories/ fittings for cable protections/pole for crossing of culverts/nallah etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge of following bore sizes:-

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacment of LT underground cables 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-1554 marked, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed Cables of the following sizes:- Note Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement of 120 Sqmm 3 Core HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

NOTE:- The unit rate in this item is deemed to be included the cost of exacavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2, PCC coping 1:2:4 type B-1 as in steel tubular pole and GI bracket made of GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore, 1.5 mtr long for fixing of street light fitings . The steel pole shall be painted with bituminious paint total lenth inside and up to planting depth outside.

S&F in replacement LED Flood light fittings of capacity 120 Watt suitable for mounting on street light poles, IP-66 protection, single piece pressure die cast aluminium housing high grade powder coated finish with heat resistant toughned clear glass cover for lamp and control gear compartment with high voltage surge protection device up to 5 KV, with bolts, nuts & washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement KIOSK box wheather proof including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 333x233x120mm out side and 300x200x105mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminium bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amps including embossing/painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as specified and directed.Incluiding MS clamp of size 25x3 mm with suitable size nut,bolts & washer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Supply, drawing, connecting & testing of 3 core, 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC rounded sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS-694 on steel tubular pole/PCC Pole from KIOSK box to light fittings including PVC conduit and providing suitable copper lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F in replacement bracket for street light fitting complete with 2.2 mtr long 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade and including necessary mild steel clamp, nuts,bolts and wahsers and painting on steel surfaces with two coats of aluminium paint complete as as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement MS clamp (suitable for holding street light bracket on steel/PCC pole) made out of 40 mm wide 6 mm thick flat iron with M.S nuts bolts 50 mm long 10 mm dia -3 Nos with flat washer (3mm thick) -02 No for each including painting with two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide complete as as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for re-painting of LT Steel tubular poles of any sizes by applying 2 coats of aluminium paint including rubbing with wire brush/emery paper & writing pole Nos in appropriate size of letters including making yellow and black strips upto height of 1.5 mtr above from ground level complete as as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

(b) Outgoing:- (i) MCCB 4 Pole, 100 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 25 KA with thermal magnetic release - 05 Nos. (c) Platform of Panel :- Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. Note :- (i) All out going feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate/glands. (ii) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint. (iii) All MCCB with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit and conforming to IEC60947/IS 13947/Pt.II/1993 (Latest Version). The MCCB should have Ics=100%Icu.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested Bus bar chamber outdoor type with canopy made out of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 40x40x5mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement ,of size 450mm x 450mm x 300mm with 4 Nos 500 Amps aluminium bus bar and with 250 Amp MCCB, 4 pole, 36 KA, 415 Volt 50 Hz including excavation, earth work and platform for the Bus bar chamber with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed sotne aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for Bus bar chamber. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 32 X 6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge and as shown in electrical plate number 5 of MES SSR part- I (1991).

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Engr-in-charge
