Taking down existin false ceiling (Grid with ceiling board), providing material and labour for GI frame work of size 600 mm x 600 mm as in ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having twoo equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm susptended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1200 mm length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kukrled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm cenetre to centre. Hanging framework with Hangers 6 mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long, including supply and fixing with 8 mm thick calciium silicate board of silicious and calacreous material reinforced with cellulose fibre in 600 mm x 600 mm grid, complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as specified.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and disposing of debris outside MD land and providing Material and labour, for Flooring with polished Vitrified tiles, Light shade 8-10 mm thick (Square / rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.36 but not exceeding 0.42 , set, pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles laid over and including provision of cement screed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of aluminium partitions / windows of any size and any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for powder Coated aluminium frames and shutters (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 microns) and fabricating of doors, windows, ventilators and fixed partitions with one or more rebates including necessary joining cleat, glazing clips, rubber packing, snap bending crews etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- i) For payment purpose, weight of aluminium section only shall be measured and paid, ii) Cost of aluminium mongery. lock, rubber packing, rollers for sliding shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate and nothing extra will be measured and paid,, iii) Supply and fixing of Sheet glass and wire gauge shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Supply and fix powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type / sliding type, without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws, powder coated aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21, 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) per shutter complete all as specified. Note :- Sheet glass and wire gauge shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Supply and fix 9 mm thick both sides pre-laminated particle board, interior grade, with decorative choice lamination on both sides, fixed with screws, including providing 6 mm thick teak wood edging etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins / spring clips etc., providing material and labour for Plain Sheet glass 4 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins / spring clips etc., providing material and labour for Plain Sheet glass 4 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exceeding 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar in CM 1:4, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.
