Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement upto any height above ground level, work to be carried out in patches, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement upto any height above ground level and mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions, work to be carried out in patches, complete, all as specified and directed. Note:-WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of primer, complete, all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage lines 150 mm internal dia of pipe, which are blocked /filled with sludge, semi solid/ material etc by roding manholes to manholes manually or by sewage cleaning machine without causing any damage to sewage line / manholes, manholes covers taking out and refixing the covers and removing the sludge to a non inhabitant area or buried into ground as directed, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage lines 100 mm internal dia of pipe, which are blocked /filled with sludge, semi solid/ material etc by roding manholes to manholes manually or by sewage cleaning machine without causing any damage to sewage line / manholes, manholes covers taking out and refixing the covers and removing the sludge to a non inhabitant area or buried into ground as directed, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tanks, soakage well of any capacity and manholes by Desludging / dewatering including inlet/ outlet chambers, removing out all scum, silt, residuals sludge (both organic and inorganic nature) after plugging the incoming sewage lines through combined high pressure water jet cum suction (Vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV facility of high pressure vacuum and removing the same in the tank to a place outside from cantonment at the place meant for the purpose by the local municipality complete, all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage of any type of WC (Indian/pedestal) from WC pan to Ist manhole in single storied building including resetting/ refitting of asccess door in soil pipe where opened without causing any damage to the WC pan 'P' or 'S' trap and pipe including fitting complete, all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage Nahani trap of any type provided in bath room, kitchen and indoor waste water pipe of kitchen sinks and WHB and removing all the sludge and foreign material from the trap and waste pipe from blocked trap to gully trap/ surface drain wherever opened or without causing any damage to the trap and pipecomplete, all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out including forming bottom to required level or slop for laying pipe, concrete bed manhole etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan complete all as specified and as directed. Note:Pipe and concrete bed shall be measured and paid separately.

Returning filling in soft/ loose soil including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 mm thick complete, all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated surplus materials to a distance exc 50 m but n.exc 100 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L salt glazed stone ware drain pipes of internal diameter 150 mm grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed, complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition or breaking up 150 mm dia drain pipe including fittings of any desciption in any position and removing rubbish upto a distance of n. exc 50 mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L concrete bed to drain pipes of bore 150mm including packing under,and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate including necessary shuttering and supports, complete, all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Thickness of bed below barrel of pipe -10 cm. (ii) Width of bed :- 15 cm beyond either side of the pipe.

S&F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) branch bends any radius complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in cover slabs of any description, removal of debris to beyond MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in manhole cover slab with plain fair faces and set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT mild steel bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cracking, bending,spirally for hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel round bars 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cracking, bending, spirally for hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips as in handle for manhole covers, steps etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including removing the rubbish obtained from demolition n.exc 50m, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work built in CM 1:4 with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to latest IS specifications, complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Deduction for Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part-II) to be made of ₹ 3,070.00 from the total quoted amount of BOQ while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
