Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing chemical compound PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD or STP No 1 (liquid) of STP Ltd @ 200 mililitre per 50 Kg cement as per manufacturers instructions over concrete surface and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. M & L for reparing of RCC roof projection, chajjas,roofs, facia, column etc by necessary preparation i.e scrapping , cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforecement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of rust remover by brushing to rusted reinforecemnt to remove loose rust particles and allow to dry it for 2 to 3 Hrs , insert the new reinforcement to damaged portion by drillig hole at required distance , fill the epoxy in to the hole by 2/3 of the hole and insert the reinforcement in the hole, and binding the reinforcement at rusted portion of reinforcement, apply cement slurry on entire damaged area , and plaster the surfaces with cement , sand and Polymer liquid in 1: 3 : 15% of cement by weight ) and water as required , mixing properly and plaster the surface , finished even and smooth by making the edge water dropping groves complete all as specified and directed. Note : Work shall be carried out to the building of height 8m height and rate coted shall be inclusive for necessary scafolding and safety devices as required. Nothing extra shall be adissible.

M& L for preparation of surface for application of water based epoxy resin coating of waterproofing for internal wall dampness and filling of cracks over & including CM (1:4) and making the surface smooth and finish complete all as specified. Note : (a) Complete removal of treatment/plaster(where needed) on internal walls and preparation of surface after rendering with CM(1:4) for application and making the surface wet . (b) applying first coat of Dr. fixit Dampguard in ratio (1U base:1U hardner:1U water) in one direction and leaving the coat to dry for 6 to 8 hrs. (c) applying second coat of Dr. fixit dampguard in ratio(1U base:1U hardner:1U water) in perpendicular direction to the first coat applied and leaving the surface to dry for 24 hrs.
