Demolishing Masonry (Wall Chasing)Demolishing brickwork manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Work includes precision chasing of the existing masonry wall to widen the rough opening by 75mm to 100mm, ensuring lintel bearing is maintained, using diamond cutting saws to prevent structural vibration and micro-cracking in adjacent walls.

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. (Flooring)

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineerin- charge. (Aluminium doors , windows & ventilators)

Dismantling precast concrete or stone slabs in walls, partition walls etc.including stacking within 50 metres lead : Thickness upto 40 mm

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. (For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm) (floor and wall tiles )

Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials including malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Exposed pipe branches must be temporarily sealed with PVC caps/plugs to prevent foul sewer gases from entering the site during execution.

Dismantling Wash Basin and urinals of any size including dismantling of trap, unions, waste coupling, C.P. fittings etc., stacking useful materials within 50m lead and disposal of unserviceable materials into municipal dumps (within 50m) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Main water supply must be isolated. Exposed water line threading must be sealed with heavy-duty GI or Brass dead-plugs (not temporary wooden pegs) to allow lines to be pressurized during civil work.

Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types (C.I./PVC/Vitrious China) including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead. The work shall include shutting off and disconnecting the immediate water-supply connection, flush pipe and brackets associated with the cistern. All live water-supply openings shall be temporarily capped or plugged during execution. No separate payment shall be made for such disconnection and temporary plugging.

Dismantling and removing the existing 100/110 mm diameter soil-pipe connection serving the existing floor-mounted W.C., including cutting and disconnecting the existing pan connector, socket, floor bend, elbow, offset, coupler, short pipe length and other immediately associated soil-pipe fittings, and separate P-trap or S-trap wherever provided, up to the nearest retained soil-pipe branch, junction or stack connection; removing existing clamps, supports and jointing materials; cleaning the retained pipe connection; temporarily sealing all live or retained soil-pipe openings with properly sized airtight PVC caps or plugs to prevent the entry of foul sewer gases; stacking serviceable material and disposing of unserviceable material and malba within the specified lead, all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
