Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) of any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work etc and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type complete all as specified and directed .

S&F mild steel work as in angle iron posts and struts in fencing, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc,including all necessary drilling, bolting ,riveting or welding etc and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality complete all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made),diameter of neck 11 to 15mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n. exc. 5cm long complete all as specified and directed .

S&F mild steel round bars, 10mm dia and over, as in fencing, cut to length, bent to shape etc of grade Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link wire mesh of approved size of mesh with 3.15mm dia galvanized steel wire as in fencing complete all as specified and directed. Note: The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly and contractor shall have no claim on this account.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires(steel wire), any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire, drilling hole in the existing angle iron post (if required) compete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement galvanised,2strand,steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire,staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the debris and rubbish to a distance n. exc 100m complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor with washed and screened dry fine river sand including watering, well ramming and consolidation complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Machine pressed Precast cement concrete interlocking coloured paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed .

S&F factory made precast kerb stones in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including chamfers, weatherings,throatings etc in smooth finish & set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary excavtion and earth work for embedding kerb stone at a depth as directed and temping around kerb stone and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry,built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

All as per Srl item No. 18 here-in-before but except bricks.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand) the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square meter, top layer 15mm cement Plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 Cement : 1/2 Coarse sand : 2 Stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with grooves all round as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed. Note : Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately)

M&L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

M&L for 5mm thick rough cast over and including 10 mm thick rendering , on fair face of brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed Note:-The rough cast mixture shall consist of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate, coarse sand & cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 over rendering coat.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 ,type B1(using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates)as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, window or door cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm in height, copings,side posts of precast jallies etc.set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation old decorated surfaces of wall etc by brooming down and scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts , treating oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick damp proof course in cement mortar 1:2 to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for polythene film, 50 micron thick, laid on a coat of bitumen primer, @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per sqm conforming to IS specification with lap joints 100mm wide complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping,bed blocks and similar works including slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling structural steel work including doors,gates,framed work etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L in repair for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in louvers and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid) including all moulding but excluding frame and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m deep and 1.5m wide, for foundation etc or manholes,piers,shafts etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beam and similar work vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia,in stirrups,spacers and binders including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm diacomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates etc of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing using Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) complete. complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc ,removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed .

S&F coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 450X300X7mm thick on vertical surface such as dado/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade over and including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material or surplus soil not exc 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed . Note :- A Sum of Rs. 1,99,080.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/ demolished/ taking down material. Please refer detail on srl page No. 19 (Schedule of credit) of Tender Documents.
