REPAIR TO SEWAGE LINE MANHOLE DRAIN CLEANING OF SEPTIC TANK AND MISC WORK IN CGRA COMPLEX OTM AT DHQ7 AND NEW TRADE CENTRE AT PARADIP

Cleaning/desludging of septic tank, soak well/ sewage water by truck deposit to out side cost guard area etc by means of pump or manual labour by truck , removing the slit / sludge etc or any other foreign materials, depositing the same in excavated pit duly covered with excavated soil, spreading surrounding area with and including bleaching power and removing of surpluses excavated soil if any to a distance exceeding 250m not exceeding 500m complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Cost of excavation for excavated pit and bleaching power are deemed to be included in unit rate).

Cleaning the blockage in IWC, EWC,kitchen including roding CI pipe after opening the oval asses door of CI bend CI branch piece (T) etc upto first MH complete as and when required basis. Daily one Safaiwala & one Mazdoor should be detailed for DHQ-7 & CGRA Area complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewerge line of any description and any size including manhole by rodding with green bamboo stick/cane stick and well flushing with water complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide, and not exceeding 1.5 M in depth for foundation etc and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cms in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exc 250 mtr but n exc 500 m away and deposing where as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches and jointing in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes for 150 mm dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and directed.
