Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of sand ) using country bricks of size 8 3/4" X 4 1/4" X 2 1/4" including proper setting, curing, shoring and strutting, bailing out water etc., complete in all respects.

Paving the Floor with designed ceramic tiles size 305x305x6mm in CM 1:3 20mm thick

Providing 25 mm thickness of Granolithic pattern for floor finish with cement concrete 1:2:4 (One of Cement, two of sand and four of hard broken stone jelly) using 10 to 12 mm HBG stone jelly on top surface shall be rubbed smooth finishing and curing etc

White washing the newly plastered wall surfaces with two coats using shell lime icluding all charges etc complete.
