Centering & Shuttering

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for

(a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

(b) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Plain Cement Concrete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-ill) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.PS. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in :

cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

STEEL REINFORCEMENT

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

(a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-4 class (Heavy duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete

450 mm dia RCC pipes.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm for area development etc. complete.
