Servicing of Diesel generating set 63 KVA as per manufacturers instruction including replacement of all defective parts required for making smooth functional of the DG Set complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Servicing will be carried by an authoriesed dealer of company. (ii) Spare parts required for maint will be measured & paid for seperately.

Dismantling fuel pump, radiator assembly, and other accessories of DG set 63 KVA installed at Pump House under GE (I) R&D Kanpur all as specified and directed by Engr- In -Charge.

Cleaning and overhauling of Fuel pump including replacement of SET OF HIGH PRESSURE PIPES (DHA394) of diesel engine 63 KVA all as specified and directed by Engr- In -Charge.

Cleaning of radiator assy including leakage rectification, replacement of hose pipe and minor spares all as specified and directed by Engr- In -Charge.

Cleaning of fuel tank assy including leakage rectification, replace ment of fuel indication pipe/ glass all as specified and directed by Engr- In -Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement Engine start push button as per existing make all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement Engine stop push button as per existing make all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement RED, GREEN & YELLOW indication lamp 12V DC all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement lub oil filter element all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement set of fuel filter ( primary and secondary) element all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing fuel supply pipe line of fuel tank to FIP of DG set all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & changing engine oil suitable for diesel engine of DG set all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & filling of coolent for DG set of any cap all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement Automatic voltage regulator for DG set of cap up 63 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement Change over Switch, on load type in open execution, front handle operated, 415V with rating of 200 A , four pole including fixing in panel with all accessaries complete all as specified and directed by GE (I). Make Indo Asian/ Legrand / Havells/L&T as approved by GE (I).

M&L for fully automatic star delta starter in replacement suitable for 40 HP pump set with relay 45-75 Amp in sheet metal enclosure complete with all electric connection. Make- L&T MU-G 50 FASD cat part No CS 96009 /Havells or as approved by GE (I).

Routine/periodical cleaning the inside area of pump areaincluding cutting/removal of uprouting of unwanted grass,bushes and small trees near all around sub station and pump house complex complete including surface dressing and levelling by surface excavation complete all as directed.

Routine and periodical work required for trimming / cutting of tree branches of any girth, touching /obstructing the over head lines of HT/LT poles of three phase distribution system at places not more than 40 mtr span distance so as to keep minimum 2.0 mtr clearance all around the lines and poles with due care after taking proper electric shoutdown from concern MES competent staff complete disposal thereof ( trimmed branches) to a distance not exceeding 100 metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Design, Manufacture, Supply, install and commission in replacement of old wrusted unserviceble LED display board of following sizes having compact design vandalism resistant features and maintinance friendly, The base of board made of ACP (Aluminium composit panel) 3mm thick and back side of board covered with GL sheet 24SWG, the letters and boarders made of acrylic sheet 3mm thick of colour as aprooved by GE(I). LED strip should as per requirment of letter space, the display language may be English/Hindi (Alpha numeric), its visibility should be suitable for day and night(Out door application) and should be visible upto 25 Mtrs. (Minimum), the text effect should be static, the LED mean time between failure arrangement should not be less than 40000 hrs, suitable for power supply 230 volts/50 Hz AC, with timer to switch ON and OFF the power supply to the display board.
