Work

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.S I No.2.6.1

Construction of subgrade with material obtained from available land(forcarted Earth work)construction of embankmet with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m transporting to site,spreading ,grading to requied slope and compactingto meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000m as per technical specification clause301.5,.As per MORD301.5(3.4) included 9 KM Cartage Earth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour T & P rtc required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors. DSR 4.1.6

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class 150 in foundation and plinth in: cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand) (PWD SOR 6.1.1)

Providing and Laying in position Cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to Plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per S.O.R. 2020 (4.1.3)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished wall with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Fine Sand) SOR 13.8.2

Granular Sub-Base with close Graded Material By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with Front end loader/ rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 400.1

Water Bound Macadam Grade-3 Providing , laying , spreding and compacting graded stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including Spreading in uniform layers , hand packing,rolling with three wheel steel/vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding material to fill up the interstices of course aggregate , watering and compacting to the required density. as per clause 405

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavement having thickness 80 mm as per drawing and technical specification clause 1504 (exclusive GSB) MORD 1500 (6.7)
