Wooden Flooring Work of both courts The renovation of wooden flooring for two courts includes dismantling and removal of the existing wooden flooring, followed by the supply and installation of a new Canadian Maple Wood Flooring System with PU (polyurethane) sports surface coating for both courts. The work also comprises complete fitting, sanding, and polishing of the flooring, finished with a Bona matt coating to achieve international standards. All materials and systems used shall be approved by the World Squash Federation (WSF) and comply with the required international specifications. All timber will be free from loose tongue, bee or borer hole, splits, cracks, and fungal attacks. The runner will be applied with Anti termite solutions. (Size of One Squash Court Size 21 feet Width & 32 feet Length)

Front and side Wall Repair of both court The front and side wall repair of both courts includes chipping of the existing front and side walls, followed by repairing all damaged portions to restore structural integrity. The work further comprises the application of a base coat and a squash court rebound hard plaster system on the walls of both courts, ensuring the finish meets international standards. All materials and systems used shall be approved by the World Squash Federation (WSF) and comply with the required specifications.

Painting The wall painting work includes supplying and applying a washable primer, followed by the supply and application of Ultima paint in the specified squash court wall painting Colour. The work also includes painting the play area with WHITE finishing in between the RED game line markings, ensuring accurate marking of the play area in accordance with international standards.

Marking The line marking work includes supplying and applying red coloured PU paint on both the wall surfaces and wooden flooring surfaces, ensuring all game markings are executed accurately in accordance with international play standards.
