Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Silent Diesel Engine driven Generating set of 100 KVA capacity, voltage 415 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz,1500 RPM, 0.8PF. Engine conforming to IS:10001/10002 (all parts with ammendments till date) and alternator as per IS:13364 (all parts with ammendments till date) complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms etc.. and also confirming for engine ISO8528, ISO 3046, for alternator IS 4722, BS 5000, IS 13364 (Part I & II), for varying load ISO 8528 and for load exceeding 10% ISO 3046 BS 5514. Electronic Governor as per ISO 8528 (Part V), brushless exciter,Solid state voltage regulator, Class "H" insulation, Voltage regulation : No load to full load ,±1% complete with the following specifications :-

(A) ENGINE : Engine conforming to IS:10001/10002 (all parts with ammendments till date) Low emission, high efficiency, direct injection, water cooled engine having 1500 RPM, engine capacity >120 BHP, in-line 4 stroke,Optimised turbocharger, exhaust manifold, Stainless steel exhaust flexible coupling, Plate-type lube oil filter, fuel filter, first fill lube oil and coolant, replaceable paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator,Flywheel housing to suit single bearing alternator, Electric starter motor, Coolant heater with thermostatic switch, lube oil heater, monoblock fuel injection pump and fuel feed pump, Water pump, Water temp guage,lube oil gauge, pressure gauge, radiator,coolant inhibitor,Cooling system is designed for max ambient temp 50°C at rated load.

(B) ALTERNATOR : Alternator as per IS:13364 (all parts with ammendments till date), self-excited, synchronous alternator 415V volts,100 KVA, 0.8 pf, 4 pole, rotating field, Vacuum Pressure Impregnation and epoxy gel coating on the winding, minimum harmonics interference, efficiency of alternator confirming to IS:4722 and IEC 34-1, stamford brushless with AVR control,conforms IP-23 protection, Class ‘H’ insulation, salient pole revolving field, single bearing, Digital automatic voltage regulation ±1% from no load to full load and hot to cold complete

(C) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Engine alternator assembly mounted on Anti Vibration Module pad (AVM) with silencer and SS exhaust bellow suitably optimized to meet stringent sound & emission standards as laid down by MOEF / CPCB norms, insulation confirms to UL94-HF1 class for flammability 8 tank process epoxy and polyester powder coated,weather and sound resistant enclosure with UV resistant, can withstand extreme environments , base rail with draw-out type fuel tank is provided with a drain plug, air vent inlet and outlet connections, level indicator, manhole etc, fuel tank for 12 hours (100% load) running capacity, 12/24 Volts dry type,initially charged batterie(s) with insulated Copper connecting leads and terminals, lockable doors on both sides, stainless steel hardware, Remote Annunciator of suitable capacity shall be provided.

(D) GENSET CONTROLLER WITH AMF PANEL : Microprocessor based, Graphical LCD display,Integrable with AMF panel ,synchronizaon & communication configurations, metering, protection and control system with built-in torque matched Volts/Hz overload control, Single control for all genset function such as Digital governing, Digital voltage control, Engine control,Operator interface, Protection, Advanced control functions, Phase Voltages & Currents, Frequency, Reverse power, Genset kVA , KW, kWh, KVAr, Power Factor, Canopy Temperature , Lube oil Pressure, Engine Temperature, RPM, Run Hours, Number of starts, Fuel Level in Ltrs and in percentage , Auto / Manual Stop , Battery charge condition, Battery charging failure, Over/Under speed, Over Current, Over/Under Voltage, Phase Seq. Phase missing, Mains Under voltage, Earth Fault trip, Fuel usage Alarm, Low lube oil Pressure, High Engine Temperature, Low/High battery voltage, Low Fuel Level, low coolant level, Over Crank protection, Routine maintenance indicator, Genset Test Facility, Mains Frequency,emergency stop button, MCCB of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protection, 4, insulated Copper cable of suitable capacity for control wiring with AMF and synchronising system, Control fuses duly wired and ferruled complete accommodated in CRCA sheet enclosure fabricated with locable door duly powder coated all as specified. Note: (i) Testing expenses shall be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Platform for DG set shall be of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate,size of platform shall be of (size of DG Set + 200mm extra on all sides) and 400mm in height. (iii) Spares and consumables for 2 year maintenance & servicing shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the deptt. (iv) Rep of OEM shall be present during testing of DG set. (v) DG Set shall be covered under Standard labeling program with all applicable ammendments for 'Scheme for Energy Efficiency Labeling' (vi) DG Set shall be of O2E series (Optimal Operating Efficiency) and Noise level less than 75dBA (vii) Contractor shall submit the CPCB compliance report/certificate of DG Set, BIS certificate for diesel engine, wiring diagram, manufacture test report etc. to the deptt.

Supply , laying, testing and commissioning for 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated heavy duty cable, 120 sqmm 3.5 core, strip armoured with aluminium stranded conductor overall PVC sheathed laid in trenches /pole/ along wall complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & Earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for sand filling in trenches dry and and clean sand unwashed including punning around cable for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Punned thickness shall be measured and paid]

M & L for well burnt bricks , laid flat ( old size) sub class B designation 75 for cable protection complete all as specifed and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc (for cable, pole stay manhole etc), in any type of soil and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavation material n exc. 50m & deposited where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for GI tubing 80 mm bore medium grade laid in trenches/floors/ fixed to wall/poles for protection of cable with necessary fittings and FI clamps duly painted complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing DB VTPN,Double Door,8 way (MCCB+24 MCBs), conforming to IEC 61439-3,suitable for flush mounting and surface mounting with 160 Amps Copper busbar for each phase with 2 Neutral bar, 2 Earthbar and cable ties for cable management, fully insulated busbar & shrouded neutral bars, reversible door with provision and including MCCB, 4 pole, 415 volts,160 Amps,25 KA,thermal magnetic : O/L & S/C protection as incomer,all as specified and directed.Make: Legrand/Schneider/Siemens. M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth GI strip 25x4mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, 40mm dia GI tubing medium grade protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit 1:3:6 with pit cover of size 30cm x 30cm made of RCC 1:1 1/2:3 type A-1 (Nominal mix) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm with suitable handle, angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate and filling of vegetables soil to the remaining 10%, removal of surplus soil and returning filling in all as required at site including test point made out of steel plate of size 75x75x6mm fixed to wall all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR 2009 compelete all as specified and directed. Notes: 1. Earth lead & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre is deemed included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. 2. Earth filling shall be done by vegitable soil. 3. Soil should be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels etc.
