PART-A :Supply and installation of electro-mechanical accessories and other allied works

Vertical submersible pumping machinery conforming to IS 8034 directly coupled with wet winding type suitable size submersible motor conforming to IS 9283 with standard MOC for portable clear water and BEE 3star rated ,continuous duty(s1) with following specification:Discharge-28 m³/Hr at a head of 60 mtrs. Motor submersible type 3 Phase 50 Hz,±6%, 415Volt +/- 10%, 2900 RPM. Capacity-7.5 HP ( H/Q Characteristic Curve of pump set & Test Certificate including G.C. of the P/M set should be submitted before delivery.) (Make - Approved Make)

a)3 CoreX 4 Sqmm water proof flat copper cable,suitable for above pump set as per IS:694/2010. (Make- Approved Make)

3 core X 10 Sqmm, 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated Al. Armoured cable conforming to IS 7098(part-I) 1988, with upto date amendments.

3½ Core X 25 Sqmm,1.1 KV grade AI Armoured XLPE conforming to IS:1554/7098(Part-I) 1998. (Make- Approved Make.)

8 Core X 1.5 Sqmm copper control cable for actuator motor.(Make-approved make)

100 A TPN Main Switch with Re-wireable fuse link within sheet steel enclosure.(Make- Approved Make)

Supply, delivery & fitting fixing of wall mounted 2mm.thick, CRCA sheet steel, powder coating finish painted, dust & vermin proof, generally conforming to IP-54 Degree of protection front open fully automatic ( PLC operated ) cum manual Motor Control Centre along with electrically operated valve unit complete with following components suitable for pump,7. 5-12.5 H.P. (Star, delta starter) operating mode, Three phase Butterfly Valve Actuator, 0.5 H.P Chlorinator, Auto Lighting Arrangement & internal wiring.

Supply and delivery of the following valves,pipes and specials etc at site:

3 mtr long 80 mm dia UPVC standard type collumn pipe (cream colour) with both side threaded and one end side socketed with registered KPMG.

1.5 mtr long 80 mm dia UPVC standard type column pipe (cream colour) with both side threaded and one end side socketed with registered KPMG.

80 mm dia CI Top & Bottom adopter.

Heavy type suitable dia. MS Suspension clamp along with nuts,bolts and washers.

80mm dia Cast iron double flanged Non- Rising Spindle Sluice Valve generally confirming to IS 14846 having body door /dome/Bonnet and cover of cast Iron Gr FG 260, Spindle of IS 6603, Gr-12 cr-13, spindle nut & seat rings are of Gunmetal as per IS:318 LTB 2.Flanges flat faced and drilled to IS:1538 Part IV & VI, Valves are suitable for maximum working pressure of 10 kg/sqcm (seat test) and body tested to 15 kg/sqcm 350 NB and above valves should be provided with enclosed gear box and antifriction device for ease of operation.

80 mm dia Cast iron double flanged single door swing non-return valve generally conforming to IS:5312 Part I, having body, door, cover in graded cast iron to IS:210 Gr.FG200, body and door rings & bearing block of leaded tin bronze to IS:318 Gr.LTB 2 (350mm & above), hinge pin of st.st.AISI410, valve suitable for a maximum working pressure of 10 kg/cm2 (Seat test) & body tested to 15 kg/Sqcm.

Supply and delivery 80mm dia cast iron double flanged 3 Phase Actuator Operated Wafer type butterfly valve having body of cast iron as per 1S:210 gr. FG-260, disc of SS Gr CF-8, Shaft of St.steel AISI-410,‘O’ ring for shaft seal of Nitrile rubber, valves are suitable for PN 1.0 rating as per IS 13095 IP-68(Make approved make) TC needed for valve.

CIDF 90° bend-1 No,CI flange tee-1 No,Blank flange-1 No,CI/MS Flange short piece 0.50 mtr-1 No,CI/MS Flange pipe1 mtr-1 No etc.(As per IS specification and certification registered) for constuction of delivery pipe line and wash out line.

Heavy type 250 mm dia Split type TubeWell cover with 12 mm thick clamping arrangement including holes of Collumn pipe,Air pipe and cable entry with two sets heavy type suspension clamp,Nut,bolts and washer as per departmental design.

Supply and delivery of 100 Amp Male female KitKat fuse unit.

Increasing the existing TubeWell casing height upto a standard level as per direction of EIC.

For Dia of 250 mm.

Making brick piller 0.25X0.25X0.75 mtr or suitable height for supporting of valves and pipes with 12 mm thick plaster and net cement finish complete.

Making suitable foundation for kiosk box of 2ˊ.5ˊ´X1ˊ.0ˊˊX5ˊ.0ˊˊ/suitable with supplying of necessary cement,sand and stone chips including plastering and net cement finish complete.

Anti snapping safety device for pump set by supplying suitable size or MS angle busket and nylon rope of required length including supplying of Nuts,bolts and all other materials.

Installation of above pump motor,valves and specials including supply of cable gland,sockets and power line connection in the existing panel,etc. including brick sand cement rod etc. as required to complete the job as per direction and upto the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Installation of above MCC panel along with main switch change over switch etc all electrical equipment with in the pump house drawing the cable properly on GI Cable tray on wall or/as per direction of EIC as per layout and IE rules and all connection with supply necessary materials,cable etc to complete the work,making arrangement with supply and fitting of materials for taking power with in the pump house from WBSEDCL end as per direction of EIC.

Making Earthing arrangement

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below:By ISI-Medium GI pipe.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required length of Busbar is 0.5 mtr.

Testing and commissioning of the whole installation with full satisfaction of EIC.

Supply and Delivery at Site Depth Gauge (Make- Approve Make) 102 mm dia With steel airbreak pipe required length with all other fittings and acessories for the work including supplying on the good quality hand pump of approved make.

Supply and delivery at site 4 sq mm. 3 core copper 1.1 kv grade PVC insulated water proof flate submercible cable.(Make- Approve Make)

PART-B Supply and installation of Chlorination system

Supply,delivery and storage at site of automatically controlled diaphragm type Chlorinator dosing pump with flow rate 100 LPH and maximum pressure of 10 kg/CM2 with all accessories for pump & motor, foundation bolt, suction and discharge flange and with storage tank of dosing solution of 100 Ltr. Capacity and the prime mover to be coupled with pump of 0.5 H.P., 3 Phase, 1450 RPM, squirrel cage TEFC induction motor, motor will be IE3[Make of Machine:Approved make.]

Installation and commissioning of the above supplied Chlorinator with all accessories, PVC tank and drawing of power line as per IE rules by supplying of necessary wire and continuous earthing. This include the cost of all necessary CC foundation [at least 200mm height] with concrete mixture [sand, cement, stone,chips] and neat cement finish by supplying of all required materials and testing the entire set as per direction of EIC. [Power will be feed from PLC panel of pumping machinery]

PART-C: Supply and installation of voltage correction device.

Supply and delivery at site A.C. 3 ph. Oil cooled Voltage Stabilizer suitable for unbalanced input voltage (Make: Approved Make) a) Input:250-500 V 3ph. 50HZ, 4 wire b) Output, 415V + 1% 3ph.,50HZ. c) Capacity: 20 KVA. d) Auto manual switch IS - 9815 (I). e) Raise/lower push Button. f) Single lamps to indicate and limits of input. g) Voltmeter for input and output Voltage. (Manufacturing test certificate should be produced at the time of delivery) h) With U/V.O./V.O./L protection with contractor at output side, input MCB & Ammeter etc. ( TC /GC Needed )

Supply and delivery at site the following items(Approved make of PHE Dte.)

100 A , 4 pole , 415 V , TPN , ON load Change Over Switch ( Make -Approved make)

100 A TPN Main Switch with Re-wireable fuse link within sheet steel enclosure.(Make -Approved make)

100 Amp 4 way copper BusBar Chamber Box by 16 SWG Sheet steel enclouser including porcelin chair etc. with painting complete as per direction of EIC.

25mm², 1.1KV grade, 3.5 Core, Aluminum Conductor, Armored, XLPE Cable. The material must be confirmed to IS: 1554/7098(PART-1)1988( Make -Approved make)

Making brick built foundation with supplying of all required materials suitable for the above voltage stabilizer by( 4:1) cement mortar including holding down foundation bolts(If required) and plaster with net cement finish as per direction of EIC.

Installation of the above Voltage stabiliser of above supplied materials on the foundation incl. all connection complete,drawing the cable properly on GI cable tray on wall /as per direction of the EIC along with supplying all necessary item including testing complete.

Making joint of the cable by supplying compression type gland,thimple,socket, etc as per requirement and as per direction of EIC.

Supply & delivery of moulded Chair as per direction of EIC.

Supply & delivery of moulded table as per direction of EIC.

1no operator to be engaged for trial operation and guarding of whole installation as per requirent of site.
