All kind of soil (DSR 2.8.1)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works (DSR 10.25.2)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-iii) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (DSR 4.1.2)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work (DSR 13.61.1)

Providing and fixing No parking board shall have circular plate of size 600mm dia and the definition plate of size 600x300mm made of 3mm thick ACP sheet fixed with back support frame of size of angle iron 25x25x3mm with alumn. Alloy steel rivets of appropriate size with suitable intervals. The front side both plates shall retro reflective high intensity in encapsulated reflective sheeting type-IV with screen printed massages (legends letters, numerals etc) and border as per IRC 67-2001 code of practice for road sign and are to be fixed by welding/nut and bolts on 3050mm long vertical post made of MS angle iron 50x50x5mm having anchorage piece made out of same angle of size 250mm long embedded in C.C.1:2:4 blocks of size 1'-0" x 1'-0" x 1'-3" in ground with plate is to be processed by alloy enamel paint to make it weather the and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand of white and black colour alternate brand of white and black colour alternate bands of 300mm long over one coat of priming coat to vertical complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (N.S)

Providing and fixing plot/house indicator board with stainless steel 304 grade 3mm thick ACP sheet (Aluminium composite panel ) covered by prismatic high resolution sheet tape of type XI on both side including house number on display board area on both side. The ACP sheet is to be fixed in a display frame of size & specification as per drawing attached with SS pipe of diameter 25 mm (outer dia) (16 gauge) shall be welded complete with main vertical SS pipe of 40 mm dia. The ACP sheet prismatic high resolution sheet tape oftype XI and house number marking is to be fixed from both side with rivets (requisite number to hold sheet from all edges, sides & centre).The 19mm x 12mm(16 gauge) rectangular SS Pipe along the periphery welded on both side along with 2 nos vertical supports of same size at equal distance inside frame behind ACP sheet welded complete with perphery frame. The gap between sheet and SS Pipe must be filled with silicon paste on both side of frame.The display frame is to be welded with vertical SS pipe of 40mm (nominal dia) and 48.3mm (outer dia) having height of 6'-9'' feet above ground level and 1'-3'' below ground level. The rates also include 2 Nos anchorage of 0'-9'' length of M.S. angle 25x25x3mm embeded in cement concrete below 1:2:4 block of size 1'-0''x1'-0''x1'-3'' complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge.
