Material and labour for SG Gyproc T-Grid false ceiling system with 12mm thick Panel laminated with PVC film on face side and metalised polyster film on the back with all four edges sealed with PVC film ceiling tiles including all necessary auxiliaries and fixing arrangements as per manufacture instructions in the grid size 600x600 mm with consisting of Main Tee on wall of size 38mm x 24 x 0.3mm, Cross Tee of size 25mm 24mm x 0.3mm, wall angle of size 20mm x 14mm x 0.4mm using purpose made members interlocking to each other and with level clips and making holes etc all as specified and directed. Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked all as specified.

M & L for preparing roof surfaces and carrying out water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab by applying one coat of oil based bituminious primer @ 0.30 lit/Sqm and laying 3 mm thick APP polymer modified membrane weighing not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm with thermal insulation and finally applying two coats of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint including removal of existing treatment, plaster etc complete and removing rubbish upto distance exceeding 50m and not exceeding 250m all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finishing cement concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, Joints of plinth protection shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3) including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, (type B-0), using 12.5mm graded coarse stone aggregates as in floor, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Plain or Corrugated Steel Sheeting of any gauge or similar pattern Roof Coverings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sunken flooring as per following details complete all as specified and directed (a) Special treatment to toilet floor by demolition of existing treatment of any description and thickness, removal of rubbish to a distance of 5KM to 7.5KM .(b) Clean the sunken portion of toilet / Bath / WC / Kitchen thoroughly to remove laitance, dirt dust, etc.(c) Form angle fillet of size 40mm x 40mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar ("Dr Fixit" Pidicrete URP" or equivalent as given in Appx 'C'.) (d) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with "Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape"or equivalent as given in Appx 'C' and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout "Dr Fixit Bathseal Grout" or equivalent as given in Appx 'C'. Nahani Traps, etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner. (e) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating "Dr Fixit Bathseal Plus" or equivalent as given in Appx 'C' on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely.(f) In the remaining area, in dry sustrate condition brush apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first coat is dry. Extend the coating upto 150mm above the FFL. Above FFL, another cementitious waterproofing coating "Dr FixitPidifin 2K" or equivalent as given in Appx 'C' can be further applied right upto 2.10 mm to water proof the shower area also, it is a bathroom or bath cubicles of a sanitary annes and apply second coat after 6-8 hours and allow to dry completely. (g) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50 mm thick concrete screed M-15 type B0 mixed with intergral WPC (Liquid) laid to be slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. Provide 40mm OD UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall. Then fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 etc complete all as per manufacturers instruction and direction.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing/ path and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

S&F joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick grade B II matt superior finish first quality, (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc, laid over and including 15 thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement all as specified and as directed.

S&F joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick, (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in vertical surfaces fixed over and including 10 mm thick backing coat of cement mortar 1:4 and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement all as specified and as directed.

S&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles over vertical surface of wall, 350x 250x 7mm/ 450x 350x 7mm thick (or nearest size), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with and including backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including cement screed base laid and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
