Dismantling steel poles/ struts, any size any section including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonary etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes(or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 Cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface as in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for post, struts (including caps) including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings,angle, flat iron,ms plates etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and including nut and bolts similar work posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for MS with PVC coated chain link fencing, 3 mm nominal dia of GI wire, 1.4mm thick PVC coating and avg area of aperture 25 sqcm and/or weight of the fencing not less than 2.00 kg/sqm complete including all necessay nut and bolts all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 5 here-in- before above but MS post/strut retrieved from Ser No 1 and refixing the same at some other location in tech area complete all as specified and directed Note :- Excavation & PCC etc will be paid separately

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. The fencing wire mesh retrieved from ser item No 2 shall be reused as some other location to the posts fixed in items here in before.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 m mean raduis and built in cement mortar (1:6), incl demolition of old brickwork built in CM complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 09 here-in-above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on walls of surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered /un plastered Wall surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over priming coat , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick Dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exceeding 0.5 sqm area fixed with and including one number SS clamps (grade - 202) of flat-30mm X 2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing and including silicon treatmentcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cast iron framed work for ornamental and intricate design such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Formwork (Flat rought finished surfaces of concrete) to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, work in rough finished square, rectangular or polygonal surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for mild steel TMT bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking , bending spirrally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with a incluidng mild steel wire (annealled) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Enhr-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars, 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bend to shape required and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm crushed stone aggregate) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm crushed stone aggregate) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials exceeding 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing where complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing of 650 gsm thic tensile fabric shed (Mehler Brand Form Germany) with MS frame structure \. Top Roof structure will be 76 OD MS round pipe frame (2.2o) mm thick and weifht 1.25 kg/R.ft) with MS purline will be 60 OD round pipe (2.20 mm thick and wight 1 kg./R.ft). with Nut bolt system. MS pillar will be 139 OD round pipe with thckness of 4mm (4 kg weight/R.ft.). Top MS plate will be 10 mm thick. All CNC cutting for Structure assembly will be used in 10 mm thickness and nut will be used 12/40mm or 15/50mm as per requirement. Fabric will be Updf coated and FR grade. Note :- All Structure will be Apollo/Tata make pipe.

Material and labour for applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.3Kg/Sqm conforming to IS 3384 and laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyster matt having softening point not less than 150 degree centigrade, having tensile strength 650 N/Sqcm in longitudinal and 400 N/Sqcm in transverse direction by torch method with minimum 100mm side lap and 150mm end lap followed by application of a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2Kg/Sqm,up to height 20 mtr including necessary scaffolding including two coats of aluminium paint on the top of the finished surface of membrane, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the Authorised applicator of the Manufacturers.

Providing and filling epoxy repair mortar ACROPOXY or equivalent in the horizontal construction joints of the RCC wall after making V grocoves of size 25mm wide and 12.5mm deep over a primer coat after cleaning the grooves throughly free of all foreign particles including the curing complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters exe 1 sqm but n exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calciumcarbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face)& 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 andresistance to spread of flame of Class A category withproperty of being termite/borer proof, water/moistureproof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVCfoil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutterand fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of requiredsize with necessary full body threaded star headedcounter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

S&F 300 mm long Brass, sliding door bolt withsand or die-cast brass hasp,staple (bolt type) and fixing boltwith rolled or drawn brass bolts and fixedall as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply and fix, butt hinges, 100mm long,Stain less steel with SS steel hinge pin, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 200 mm long Brass barrel tower bolts, with but with barrel of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm long Extruded brass handles, fabricated type polished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1.6 and dismantling of existing kota stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1.4 rough finished to receive kota stone and dismantling of existing kota stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles double charged 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n. exc 0.36 Sqm in floors, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete dismantling of existing tiles all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of size 3.00Mx0.60M with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of S.S. angle of size25x25x3mm dia along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. S.S. angle of 40x40x5mm to a vertical post made up to S.S. Tee section 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, .Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. , including excavation of two nos of post holes and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for embading of verical post complete specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping and sanding with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanisum) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of of diameter of 7'/9' using a 80 grit sand paper to make the surface free from dust , loosew paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 1L/11 sq. mtr diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied using an airless spray machine of with a flow rate of 2L per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additives, with heat reflectant property which can reduce the painted surface temp, by 5 degree and gives excellent protection against UV attack with VOC less than 50 gram/litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1L/6sq mtr diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with airless spray machine of paint application with a flow rate of 2L per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint ,at any height, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rubber moulded coloured (Red, Yellow & Black) precast concrete interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, shade as approved by GE, 60mm thick conforming to IS 15658-2006 M-35 grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation including spreading and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 100mm thick D-2, 1:4:8 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and diected by Egineer in Charge.

Removal of excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

Demolition of RCC slab of any description and in any position from drain and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing Stainless steel (Grade 304) railing, grill/grating made of hollow tubes, channels, plates, angle, flat etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement all as specified and directed

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry laid dry complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4, complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth, string, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
