REPAIR TO ROADS AND REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF ROAD FURNITURE AT OLD MIL STN KAPURTHALA UNDER GE KAPURTHALA

Material and labour for prearing existing black top surfaces with wire brushes for removing cake, mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanny the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags/air compressor to remove all losse dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10/ cold emulsion at the erate of 5 kg per 10 sqm on road surfaces. Laying rolling, consoliding, 30mm thickness of bitumen premixed semi dense ashphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content of bitumen grade VG-30 by weight of total mix laid with mechanical paver,roller and completed to required camber gradient with pressure roller and 8 to 10 tonne power roller and be achieved a uniform smooth pneumatic roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repairs to pothholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including, sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scooring suncken surfaces in roads,paths etc cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth ,but making good by applying tack coat @5kg per 10sqm, with paving bitumen VG-10 ,putting in premixed bitumnius macadum, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm,blinded with 0.09cum of stone chippings,6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam,binder and chippings), depth of pothholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre laying Premix bituminous, macadam 50mm thick using paving Bitumen (VG-30) by weight with 4% of binder contents laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less), roller and completed to required camber gradient with pressure roller and 8 to 10 tonne power roller and be achieved a uniform smooth pneumatic roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.all as specified and directed by Enfr-in-charge.

Material and labour for proving and marking 2.5mm thick broken centre line/side line/zebra lines, dashes,arrow etc not exc 10CM wide on road pavement and the like of any description and width with hot thermoplastic paint hot applied with machine conforming to BS-3 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA strips lens with reflector fixed with and including MS Stud of suitable size as per manufacruers instruction. Note :- As per list of makes or as approved by GE.
