Material and labour for site clearance and removal of wild growth/ shrubs, roots, including spraying of deweeding chemical 1m each side, on both sides along sewage lines complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes: (i) Payment for removal of wild growth shall be made once upto completion of subject work. (ii) Contractor shall be responsable to keep the site clean upto completion of the work and no payment shall be allowed after words for the stretch paid in above item.
Excavation in treanches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
All as per item No. 02 here-in-before but in depth exc 1.5m and not exc 3m.
Returning, filling in, excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cms in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in cills, steps, bands, copings, bed plates, kerbs, hold fasts blocks etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles of throating including form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in roof landing etc,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for precast PCC solid block masonry 1:3:6 mix, type C-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregates) exc 10 cm width, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab, floor slab, landings and similar work not exc 200mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and to be finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.
Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for 150mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipe, type NP-2 with and including cement concrete bed to pipe including packing under and hauching against the sides of pipe in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) making necessary connections after cutting into existing sewer line /manhole to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for 200mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipe, type NP-2 with and including cement concrete bed to pipe including packing under and hauching against the sides of pipe in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) making necessary connections after cutting into existing sewer line /manhole to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain 150mm internal dia of pipe making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for good forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and as required complete for 100mm internal dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain 200mm internal dia of pipe making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for good forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and as required complete for 100mm internal dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete in cover slab for manholes etc type B-1 in PCC 1:2:4 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry/ block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoined, arches, pillars, coping but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete article complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Demolition of reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Rough excavation (for removing the backfill of culvert wing walls) not exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
All as per item No. 22 here-in-before but exc 1.5m and not exc 3m deep.
Spreading and levelling in layers not exc 25cms thick including for well ramming watering as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Soil obtained from Item No. 2 to 5 here-in-before to be reused.
Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, fillings & mass concrete etc all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for walling of random rubble brought upto courses, well bonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
All as per item No. 26 here-in-before but except stone. Note: Serviceable stones obtained from sl item No. 20 here-in-before shall be reused in this item.
Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type C-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggretate) as in coping, parapets and railing upto 60cms height, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face on granite or trap stone from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 40mm and dressing of face beds and joints of random rubble walling brought up to course complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble masonry uncoursed or brought upto course in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
