Taking down carefully existing unserviceable flame proof point wiring of any description & in any position from existing conduits fixed on surface or cancealed including accessaries & fixtures etc and making good the distrubed surface of walls, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed NOTE: (i) Taking down / replacement of existing fittings like switches/sockets / switch fuses / tube light fitting etc. if any, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'

Material and labour for flame proof point wiring for one light point or one socket point controlled by one switch with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, single core, FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade in existing conduit fixed on surface of walls/ceilings as directed and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core FRLSH, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly / fittings etc. complete all as specified and directed NOTE : (i) Point wiring shall be executed with using existing conduits and junction boxes but contractor’s quoted rates for the above item is deemed to include the cost of fixing the existing conduits and junction boxes in position properly as per site requirement and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Wiring shall be terminated and connected to the relevant switch / controlling switch gear and relevant fittings / sockets all as directed and controlling switch / fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'.

All as per item No 3.00 here-in-before but point wiring with using 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, single core, FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable for 16 A Flame proof Switch and socket complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring in repair using Four single core PVC insulated, FRLSH, stranded copper conductor cable of size 4 Sqmm for sub main wiring, along with one run of 4Sqmm PVC insulated, FRLSH, Stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity conductor in steeel conduit complete all as specified and directed. Note: Four run of single core PVC cable with one run of earth wire and one run of steel conduit together shall be measured as one unit.

All as per item No. 4.00 here-in-before but using Two single core, 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable and without earth continuity conductor. Note: Two run of single core PVC cable with one run of earth wire and one run of steel conduit together shall be measured as one unit.

All as per item No. 4.00 here-in-before but using Two single core, 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable and without earth continuity conductor. Note: Two run of single core PVC cable with one run of earth wire and one run of steel conduit together shall be measured as one unit.

Disconnecting and taking down carefully flame proof, weather proof, toggle type switches and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing flame proof push button 10 Amps in LM 6 metal enclosures, conforming to cat part No PBS / OA /1010-1A of make Sudhir or equivalent model of other make as specified complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying & fixing flame proof, switch socket & plug combined made of aluminum alloy LM-6 having 2 pole + earth suitable for 250 volts supply and current rating of 16 Amps complete all as specified & directed. (Make/model – Sudhir cat part No. SS/OA/1010 -1 or equivalent model of other make as specified).

Supplying & fixing flame proof, switch socket & plug combined made of aluminum alloy LM-6 having 4 pole + earth suitable for 500 volts supply and current rating of 32 Amps complete all as specified & directed. (Make/model – Sudhir cat part No. SS/187 or equivalent model of other make as specified).

Disconnecting & taking out existing unserviceable socket’s plug of any description and in any position and supplying & fixing new spare plug suitable for existing flame proof, weather proof, switch, socket & plug combined in LM-6 for 2 poles + earth & current rating of 16 Amps complete all as specified and directed. (Make – Sudhir or other make as specified ).

All as per item No 12.00 here-in-before but plug suitable for 4 pole + earth & current rating of 32 Amps (Make – Sudhir or other make as specified).

Supply & fixing in replacement FLP Flexiblae metelic Hose conduit M20/3/4ET 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Cat part no FH/199of Sudhir or equivalent model of other make as specified).

M&L for checking and repairing flame proof tube lights/flood lights and other flame proof connected work as directed in tech area and repairing of flame proof lights found unserviceable during checking or as directed by Engineer-in-charge/users on complaint cell including rectification of fault of wiring etc by deploying Electrician, Helper with all tools and plants, ladder, gasket safery arranemgement and including providing minor materails like unsulation tape and connected material by contractor to make the light serviceable complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing LED driver 240 V 50 Hz suitable for the existing LED flame proof lights fittings (Make Sudir) for the following watt :-

(a) 75-90 Watt

(b) 120-180 watt

S&F LED Tube rod 28 W T-5 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in distribution board, single pole (SP) MCB 6 to 20 Amps, 240 volts, 50 Hz, AC made from molded self extinguishing thermostat plastic and suitable for ‘ C ‘ curve, 10 KA breaking capacity conforming to IS : 8828 of 1996 including taking down unserviceable MCB complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 18.00 here-in-before but MCB double pole & current rating 6 Amps to 32 Amps

Supply only flame proof junction box 3 way ¾ “ entry in LM – 6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing in repair complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32mm x 6mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES Schedule Part-I, earth lead connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for earth pit with pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh,etc complete all as specified and directed. S & F in repair for epoxy insulator 1100 volt grade including fixing on wall/RCC piller with fasteners including de-screwing of strip and re-connecting of strip on insulator with suitable screw/nuts/bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair GI funnel with wire mesh for watering the earth pit made to shape and size with using PGI sheet minimum 1.0mm thick and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC insulation sleeve(pipe)suitable for 20 to 32 mm GI /copper /aluminium strip complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC flexible pipe of 40 mm bore heavy duty (ISI marked)suitable for GI /copper /aluminium strip of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr depth in soft / loose soil and getting out for removing / laying of pipe lines complete all as specified and directed

Returning and filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for marker fabricated with 14 gauge MS sheet of size 300mmx180mm rectangular with 20 mm square hollow bar 60 cm long duly painted of colour as directed for writing ER value, date of testing and due date for testing, Earth pit No etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Required PCC work with sufficient digging to support & fix the marker is included in this item .

M&L for painting one coat of synthetic enamel after prepartion of existing painted surface on earth pit & cover with approved colour all as specified and directed. .

M&L for painting on Earth pit marker /frame and writing earth pit No and earth pit with one coat of synthetic enalmel paint for the equipment complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition/cutting of PCC/Bitumen road for fixing/laying of pipe any size minimum 200 mm depth &300mm width and making good with M&L for PCC 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) type C-1 complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for rep/maint of of existing tilted/embeded earth pit by digging not exceeding 3 feet deep around earth pit , filling by nearby soil & re-adjusting the earth pit in proper manner ,all as directed .

Disconnecting & taking up or down existing unserviceable / deshaped, aluminium / GI earth strip or taking down conductors of any size and in any position, stacking properly the serviceable strips for re-use in the work including making good the distrurbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing & connecting aluminium earth strip 25 mm x 3mm as in roof conductors / down conductor fixed on walls / roofs with saddels/epoxy insulator including screws required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in position & connecting the retrieved old serviceable aluminium/ GI earth strip/ earth lead / down conductors of any description and in any size, after making necessary addition / alterations, fixed on walls / roofs over and including M&L for suitable new insulators (Porcelain/vitreous) provided at a distance not exceeding 50 cm centre to centre and insulators fixed with suitable saddles and screws complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old retrieved earth strip of any shape and size in serviceable condition shall be re-used in the work

Supply and fixing earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 32x6mm GI strip/earth lead, laid in pipe/fixed on walls or any other position including jointing by GI nuts, bolts and washers at every joint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing GI water tubing, light grade, 40mm bore, 1.2 mtr long duly threaded on one side for fixing socket as in Air termination stand / post at roof top of hangers/bldgs complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) GI socket & PCC/ brick masonry block for fixing of GI pipe post shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'/BOQ. (ii) GI pipe 1.2 mtr will be in a single length & no joint will be allowed.

(ii) GI pipe 1.2 mtr will be in a single length & no joint will be allowed.

Supply & fixing GI water tubing, light grade, 50mm bore, 0.6 mtr long duly threaded on one side for fixing socket as in Air termination stand / post at roof top of hangers/bldgs compete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) GI socket & PCC/ brick masonry block for fixing of GI pipe post shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A'. (ii) GI pipe 0.6 mtr will be in a single length & no joint will be allowed.

Fixing only GI pipe, 50 mm bore, 1.2 mtr long obtained from taking down in serviceable condition as in Air termination stand / post at roof top of hangers/bldgs complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Old GI pipe obtained in serviceable condition shall be re-used in the work (ii) GI socket & PCC / brick masonry block for fixing of GI pipe post shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'/BOQ.

M & L in repair for providing test point terminal block made out of Gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75 mmx75 mm x25 mm drilled and screwed including 03 nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing GI socket 40mm bore, on vertical pipe post / stand complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing GI reducer (50mm x 40mm bore ), on vertical post / stand complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing only GI reducer (50mm x 40mm, bore ), on vertical post / stand complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old GI reducer obtained in serviceable condition shall be re-used in the work.

Supply & fixing aluminium gutka 40mm dia having internal thread of 12mm dia and external thread of 40mm dia and fixed on GI socket complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only aluminium gutka on GI socket complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old gutka obtained in serviceable condition shall be re-used in the work.

Dismantling & taking up or down existing unserviceable aluminium air termination rod, 12mm dia, 1200mm / 300 mm long with existing aluminium block from vertical pipe supports of any description complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing aluminium Air termination rod single pointed at top and properly threaded at bottom end, 12mm dia and 1200 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium Air termination rod single pointed at top and properly threaded at bottom end, 12mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only aluminium Air termination rod single pointed , 12 mm dia 1200mm/300mm long complete all as specified & directed. Note : Old Air termination rod obtained in serviceable condition shall be re-used in the work.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 for block, type B-I using 20mm graded stone aggregate for block size 150 mm x 100mm X 150mm, set in Cement Mortar 1:4, with and including necessary form work and all exposed surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including removal of old broken unserviceable PCC block at site complete all as specified & directed. Note : An epoxy insulator shall be fixed on the PCC block with the help of rawal plug & screw to support and fixing the down conductors / earth strips.

M &L for PCC 1:2:4 for & around lightening conductor pipe on roof of building, type B-I using 20mm graded stone aggregateof size 350mm x 350mm X 350mm, set in Cement Mortar 1:4, with and including necessary form work and all exposed surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including removal of old broken unserviceable PCC / block at site complete all as specified & directed. Note : contractor is responsible to arrange his own T&P for carrying the PCC material on roof of any building .

M & L for earth pit in repair of internal size 300mmx300mmx300mm with wall thickness 100mm casting at site with and including PCC base 500X 500X100mm made of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast 40mm thick RCC cover of (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), rainforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia MS round bar handle etc.including removal of old broken unserviceable earth pit from site complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for earth pit cover in repair, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 320mm x 320mm x 40mm thick, cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia MS round bar handle with and including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.
