Outsourcing of services and operation of pump house installations regularly along with operation of standby DG sets installed at Old MH pump house as required basis by providing minimum one semi-skilled category of worker for each shift (for both pump and standby DG sets) to operate the installation of any capacity of pump and DG set complete all as specified & directed. Operation consists of three shifts in a day (i.e Each shift is having 8 hours of duration) on all working days including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays. The details of operation of pumping installations comprising the works as mentioned here-in-after in Note under Sl No 3 below.

Outsourcing of services and operation of water supply installation regularly comprising of pumping sets and Standby DG Set installed adjacent to pump house including their necessry periodical maintenance and keeping running record of pumping set and DG set by providing one (01) No pump operator (mate FGM) for morning shift, one (01) No pump operator (mate FGM) for evening shift, one (01) No pump operator for (mate FGM) for night shift of water supply pump house at adjacent to 'D' Sector Pump House all as specified and as directed. Operation consists of three shifts in a day (i.e Each shift is having 8 hours of duration) on all working days including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays. The details of operation of pumping installations comprising the works as mentioned here-in-after in Note under Sl No 3 below.

Outsourcing of services and operation of pump house installations regularly along with operation of standby DG sets installed at Jhankar pump house as required basis by providing minimum one semi-skilled category of worker for each shift (for both pump and standby DG sets) to operate the installation of any capacity of pump and DG set complete all as specified & directed. Operation consists of three shifts in a day (i.e Each shift is having 8 hours of duration) on all working days including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays. The details of operation of pumping installations comprising the works as mentioned here-in-after in Note under Sl No 4 below. Note for srl item No 1,2 & 3 :- The details of operation of above mentioned pumping installations comprising the following works :- (a) Operation of pumping set timing as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (b) Adding Bleaching powder/Altoch GP/Sodium Hypochloride/Poly aluminium chloride powder as directed in the water main through bleaching dozer/chemical dozing pump installed at pump house as per requirement in order to get 0.2 to 0.5 PPM result at the user end. (Materials shall be issued under Sch 'B') (c) Operating sluice valves at over head reservoir to supply the water to the users time to time (thrice in a day) and maintaining the timing as laid down & directions by Engineer-in-Charge. (d) Operating DG set(stand by) as and when required or main supply goes off including maintenance (daily maintenance) of DG set and maintaining daily log sheet and also including of switching ON/OFF of area security lights/timer panels.. (e) The contractor shall be responsible to keep the water supply installation neat and clean on every day and maintain seasonal flower/decorative plants in front of pump house including cutting of grass inside fencing and outside upto 3 metre around fencing of the installation whose cost elements shall deemed to be included in quoted rate including providing necessary tools to his operators for carrying out minor repairs/maint of pumphouse, he will also provide mask and sanitizer to each operator, as per Covid - 19 latest govt regulations. (f) Testing of water sample twice in a shift at the out let of testing plant and recording test result in a register and to be get signed by Engineer-in-Charge and maintaining the consumption of Bleaching powder/Altoch GP/Sodium Hypochloride solution/Poly aluminium chloride powder which will be issued under Sch ‘B’ free for mixing and to collect from MES store yard time to time as & when required. (g) DHPP and Engine Oil required for running of DG Set will be issued under Sch ‘B’ free for filling and to be collect from MES store yard time to time as and when required. (h) Proper log sheets and register for running of DG Set and reason of running including accounting of POL consumption and collection of POL from MES store yard time to time as and when required. (j) Proper log sheets for running of the pump & plant to be maintained. (k) Carry out weekly maintenance of all machineries and electrical panels installed in pump house and Intimate Engr-in-Charge immediately for any defects /break down/repairs required. (l) Carry out tightening of nuts & bolts, replace when required, applying gland packing and greasing. (m) All the documentation such as log sheets, daily attendance register shall maintain as per procedure in vogue in the format endorsed.

Outsourcing of services and operation of submersible/centrifugal pumps and other swimming pool machineries installed at officer’s swimming pool by providing minimum one semi skilled category of worker alongwith one un-skilled category of worker for per shift including operation of re-circulation pumps with filtration plants for eight hours, operating electrically operated and manual pulling type suction sweeper as and when required but minimum 4 hours in morning shift and 4 hours in evening shift( i.e. total 08 Hrs per day ) to clean bed and walls of the pool every day. Side walls overflow channel and aerator shall be cleaned manually with hand brush and jute cloth to remove alagae and other foreign material scale etc. The operator will operate chlorination system through bleaching dozer/chemical dozing pump installed at the swimming pool based on requirement basis as directed. Operation consists of two shifts i.e. morning & evening shift (Each shift is having 04 hours of duration) i.e. per day 0800 hrs to run per installation and comprising the following works :- (a) Operation of pumping set timing as depending upon user’s requirement in the station and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Operating sluice valve to maintain water level of the swimming pool due to evaporation and spillage. (c) Using/mixing Bleaching powder/Altoch GP/sodium Hypochloride/Poly aluminium chloride powder/Alum/copper sulphate/soda ash sodium meta bisulphate in swimming pool as directed including maintaining a average chlorine content in between 0.1 to 0.5 ppm or maintaining chlorine level as ordered by competent Station authority and maintaining PH between 7.2 to 7.5 and maintaining the records as ordered and accounting of Bleaching powder/Altoch GP/sodium Hypochloride /Alum/copper sulphate/soda ash sodium meta bisulphate which will be issued under Sch ‘B’ free for mixing and to collect from MES store yard time to time as & when required. (d) All the documentation such as log sheets, daily attendance register shall maintain as per procedure in vogue. (e) Maintaining the general cleanness of pump house installation at all times as per direction of Engr in Charge. (f) Operating DG set(stand by) if required including maintenance (daily maintenance) of DG set and maintaining daily log sheet . (g) Cleaning the floor of S/ Pool ( if required) by Operating the suction sweeper plant as ordered by Engr In Charge. (h) Carrying out the Replacement of clean water at a interval as ordered by Engr in Charge. (j) Rates quoted to be including of face masks, sanitizers etc to the operating staff as per govt regulations on Covid-19.

Notes for ser item Nos 1 to 4 :- Applicbale only for Tender stage : (i) It is an express condition of the contract that tenderers are required to quote their rates duly considered minimum applicable as per policy wages of the tradesmen intended in the tender, as in force on the end date of bid submission. It shall be deemed that quoted rates are based on minimum wages notified by the concerned authority for the station i.e Govt of india/State Govt/Union Teritory, whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC, Bonus, labour welfare cess (LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable. (ii) In case the rates quoted by tenderer are less than the notified minimum wages as on bid submission end date including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC, Bonus, labour welfare cess (LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable, his tender will be treated as non-bonafide and will not be considered for Acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined amongst valid/bonafide bids only. (iii) Tenderer's are required to quote their rates upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place. (iv) Nil or 'Zero' quoting against OH & profit will be rated as non-bonafide. (v) In case of tie in amount between two or more bidder firms, the preference shall be given in order of following criterias :- (a) Class of contractor (b) Work load return (c) Financial soundness (as per solvency certificate issued by Bank)
