Providing making and supplying computer table made out fo 19mm commercial ply for table top, mounted on the vertical side fo 19mm commercial ply and cabinet made out of 19mm commercial ply for sides, shelves and shutters making concealed monitor arrangement by providing 8mm thick clear glass on table top of required size with edge polish as shown in drawing drawer and wooden approved key board drawer with heavy sliding channels, with handle for shutter,cable manager drawers all edges shall be lipped with 6mm thick T.W. lipping patti. All exposed faces should be 1.0mm thick laminate of approved colour and non laminated area should be french poll-shed including cost of other materials labour etc. as per drawing and as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing cabinet made up of 19 mm. Commercial ply of approved make for top, bottom, sides and shelves and 6mm commercial ply approved make for back side.Door shutter made up of 19mm thick commercial ply and outer surfaces and top of shelves for open type cabine should be laminated with 1.0mm thick approved plastic laminate sheet of required colour including all brass fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, ball catches, stopper, handle, knobs as per shown in drawing or approved by Engineer-In-Charge etc.and all exposed edges lipping with 6mm laminate finish Thick T.W.lipping patti.locking arrangement with Godrej multipurpose lock etc. All inside areas shall be .80mm thick approved colour laminate etc.all complete as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main"T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats ofsize 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanisedbutterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mmcenter to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete forall heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed byEngineer-in-charge.

GI Metal Ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending.

Providing and fixing aluminium partition frame made of extruded aluminium section of size 50mm x 50mm of heavy duty make . Fixing the partition to proper line plane level and plumb. Aligning the complete aluminium framework in proper worksmanship and fixing with all necessary screws, aluminium cleats and nails as required. Work includes transportation of material at site carpentary tools taxes and levies

Providing and Fixing following thickness Bison Board pannels for Boxing, partition works including necessary hardware and adhesive etc. complete.

Providing & applying one / two coats of primer two coats of paint as mentioned below of approved make First quality Asian Paints (Apcolite) / Nerolac / Dulux to the required colour scheme and as per manufacturers instructions / specifications to the walls, beams, columns, ceilings, partitions, doors etc. including removing existing paints , nails , screws , battens etc. and thoroughly scrapping the surface with sand papers filling up crevices and levelling with putty of Asian make necessary to obtain smooth surface ie. complete surface preparation etc. complete as directed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In-charge.

With two coats of primer and two coats of paint Using Luster paint

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

WASH BASIN : Providing & fixing best quality wash basin of approved colour & size with following items as specified.Providing & fixing white / colour glazed vitreous china ware wash basin of make Hindware with semi punched tap holes for fixing the tap in different position in the basin, mounting the set over a suitable C.I. bracket etc. as approved by & Fixing 32mm size C.P. / PVC brass/ a bottle trap with extension piece wall flanges (heavy quality) jointing with white Zinc & Spun yarn & fixing 15mm dia CPVC water inlet connection of required length with C.P. brass unions at end & fixing 32mm dia C.P brass heavy quality waste coupling with C.P. brass ball chain & rubber plug & fixing 15mm C.P brass fancy stop cock including cost of jointing materials etc. as per requirement & Fixing C.P. brass 15mm dia fancy pillar tap or approved pillar tap of make,BMC approved including cost of jointing materials etc. Testing the entire system to the full satisfaction of the engineer in charge wash basin model No.10001/10004 of hindware. Providing, laying, jointing, fitting & testing C PVC pipe SDR of heavy quality following dia for hot & cold water distribution system of approved make (Prince, finolex, Supreme, make) including all fittings required as per site requirement for concealed pipe laying by chasing in wall, floors and making good the same to the original condition and for open type of pipe laying and fixing in proper line & level with necessary PVC clamps wood packing etc. fixing the joints with proper solvent or threaded type fittings or press type fittings to make totally water proof joint with necessary testing etc. complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. (work includes removing old fixtures also)

Ball Valve TBS make

Providing and laying poly vinyal chloride (PVC) rolls of 1.5m width manufactured by approved pattern/colour and design for flooring, skirting/dado/ laid or existing smooth cement tile or concrete of plastered finish with suitable adhesive as per manufacturers specifications close jointed and finished to proper bends, slopes and plumbs as directed etc. complete generally as per manufacturer’s specifications. PVC approved make , approval by Engg-in-charge.
