Dismantling of posts or struts of RCC) any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed portion, (posts embedded in concrete or in hard core) complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in post holes (or similar hole) each in hard and dense soil n.exc 0.50 cu m getting out and removing surplus spoil at a distance not exc 50 metre and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and Fixing mild steel work as in iron post / posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250)quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of 3.00 mm dia galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Fixing included under item No 5 here-in-before. (ii) Unit weight (weight per sqm) of chain link fencing shall be derived as per site through a BOO appointed by GE in presence of Contractor's authorised rep and shall be kept in record.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal exc 5cm but n.xc 10cm long, diameter of shank 5 to 10mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length fixed in chain link fencing complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other sections with gusset plates complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with including hooks and hinges (excluding of covering steel sheeting) fastening, locking arrangement, etc conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m deep but not exceeding 3.00m deep for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard and dense soil all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm thick each layer of soil all as specified.

Removal excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 1.5Kilometre and depositing where directed complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc including disposal of demolished material n.exc 1.5 km complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 Kilogram / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per serial item No 15 herein before but except bricks (using old serviceable bricks including cleaning and segregating the bricks)

Material and labour, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain including use and waste necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick walls or concrete surface and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of mild steel framed work as in gates including pintel hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts ec for ornamental and intricate design conforming to Fe-310-O or Fe-410-O complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour, two coats of synthetic enameled paint on steel and iron surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer on surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour, Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grade crushed stone aggregate as in coping, bed plates / blocks, lintel band etc., including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and no pigment (in top layer), different colours, laid over and including 25mm thick fine sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 40mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and no pigment (in top layer), different colours, laid over and including 25mm thick fine sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with grey cement and no pigment (in top layer), different colours, laid over and including 25mm thick fine sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand, complete all as specified and directed. Notes for item No 27, 28 & 29 1. Rate includes supply and spreading of sand. 2. The shape/size of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

Material and labour 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base finished even and rough to receive to top layer concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing, factory made chequered cement concrete tiles 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick (with grey cement and pigments), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured non skid porcelain tiles exterior grade 300x300x9-10mm thick heavy duty (Endura from Johnson or equivalent) as in floor, set and jointed in neat slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges including demolition of old PCC, complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling any type corrugated or semi corrugated sheets as in roof covering incl. ridges & removing from site complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc (AZ-70) coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent plain sheeting fixed with coach screws and washers in roof, wall etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, multi coloured poly carbonate coloured hollow sheets as approved, 8mm thick as in roofs as in dome shape, circular / semi circular / arch type shape including self tapping screws / form work / scafolding if required at site to complete the work including adequate size steel screws, washers, nuts, rubber strips/ rubber beading, silicon etc to fill up exisig holes etc aluminium strip/ flat etc as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Make of sheet shall be approved by GE

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to grade Fe.410.Gde-E-310,complete all as specified and directed.

De-silting and cleaning by taking out mud/sludge, vegetation growlh Cum 60 Of etc, from drain beds of any depth in foul condition and confined places, getting out and removing the mud/sludge to a distance exc 250m and n exc 500 m and deposited where directed with and including taking off drain covers and refixing the same after cleaning/de-silting of mud/sludge of any description / size, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleanirg and removing all scale and dirt, soil, etc, from mouths of drain pipes of culverts, etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for factory made RCC (Medium duty), M-35 reinforcement steel as per IS 456, pre cast man hole covers of size 1200mm x 600mm x 80mm with plain faces, including MS frame, set in position fixed as in repair complete all as specified.
