Earthwork excavation in all clauses of soils and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift for foundation as per ss20B

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all matials to site and all labour charges etc., complete

Filling the carted river sand including cost and conveyance and filling charges etc., as per std. Specification for 1M3

Collection and Supply of conveyed earth from approved quarry an average lead 1 km including cost and conveyance and filling charges etc., as per std. Specification for 1M3

Supplying and erecting shuttering including necessary support for plane surface in foundation Basement and Roof labs strutting upto 3.29M height for plane surfaces for floors for RCC column footings columns plinth beam and connected with foundations

Supplying and fabrication of steel rods including cost & conveyance of steel as per std. Specification etc., complete.

RCC 1:1.5:3mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Brick work in c.m 1:5 mix using country bricks including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of MS Hollow Pipe and Purlin of Size 49.5mm x 49.5mm x 2.90mm thick for Roof trusses including cost and conveyance of all labour charges

Fabricating supplying and fixing of pre painted galvanized iron sheets with the following specification. The Materials should be of PPGI tile profile with red colour or any other approved design 0.47mm thick 24 gauge having width 1050mm. The sheet should be GI Base pre painted hot dipped galvanised iron sheet and to be fixed with self tapping screws, plastic waher. The washer and screws to be fixed be using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyester coat with zinc coating of Z120GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like malabar mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish. The Sheet to be mixed with making suitable corruged, cutting the e sheet in to the required size and making ornamental designs as per the site conditions and as directed by the departmental Officers.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials & all labour charges etc., complete.

Providing Granolithic pattern floor finish with C.C 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

CC 1:2:4 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Distembering two coats with best quality of distember and the colour approved by the departmental officers including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic emulsion of first class quality paint and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scrapping clean removal of dirt etc. complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty wherever required.

Painting two coats with enamel paint over new iron work including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22 /0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good for PVC Open light point / Fan point (For Electronic regulator) etc, complete as per standard specifications. Wiring with 2 x 4sqmm (56 /0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 150 x 100 x 113 mm TW switch box with 3mm hylum sheet cover for 15A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for Open PVC power plug point.SD 41

Supply and run of 2 of 6 sq. mm ( 84/0.30) polythene insulated and PVC unsheeted S.C. Alu cable of 1100 V on 7/20 Gi bearer wire for Service Connection Main - SD.64

Supply and fixing of 16 Amps DPIC switch of 500V grade with Fuse and Nutral on suitable T.W. board with painting of suitable colour with PWD Earthing (SD No.136)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'36 W flu fitting complete with Electronic ballast and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting SD 87

Supply and Fixing of Ceiling fan(crompton make) including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour cherges etc complete.

Supply and fixing of Steel Door size of 1.80 X 2.10m etc

Supply and fixing of RCC Jolly size of 1.80 X 1.20m etc
