Demolition of brick work or stone boulder/ PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl aii quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description in ground floor not otherwise specifically provided for of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, fencing post and mass concrete of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in walling of random rubble, uncoursed, Bangalore type masonry, well bonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6, extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified, key pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoarsed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only(except stone) of random rubble, uncoursed, Bangalore type masonry well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted built in CM 1:6, extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified, key pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoarsed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- stone demolished under item No. 5 above shall be re-used)

Racking out joints / points in cement mortar to squared rubber masonry coursed or uncoursed and including M & L keyed pointed in CM 1:4 for squared rubble masonry as specified and directed.

M&L in Pre-cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc. 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in plain cement concrete in PCC coping 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) as specified and directed.

Providing in repairs plain cement concrete in PCC coping 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) including demolition of concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed.

M&L 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work/concrete etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M/L Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair concertina coil of 610mm dia (in stretched position) hot dip galvanised steel wire coated with CLR ante corrosive coating making diamond shape with the help of devotail clips (18 SWG) fixed over barbed wire with the angle iron the concertina coil is to be fixed with barbed wire at points where coil touched the bottom barbed wire with the help of hog rings (14 SWG) complete,incl removal of old all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised two strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed wire with 2 mm barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard angle rails straining bolts or welding to angle, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M & L for 25 mm thick layer of cement mortar (1:3) as required with a rounded or weathered finish and before the mortar has set & fixing glass (of bottle or thick glass) broken to approximately 63 mm gauge, firmly embedded @ of 10 kg of glass per Sqm of rendered surface, jogged edges of the glass being left projecting, complete all as specified and as directed.

Site clearance by Scraping of grass/wild growth/trees n.exc 0.30m girth etc in soft/loose soil by manually/mechanically including removing of rubbish from the site to a distance exc, 250m but n. exc 500m and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L hard core of broken stone of guage n exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 100 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in paving's, hard standings and similar work surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. .

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor surface finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick,set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and colour pigmen tin floors as per IS 1237-2012 design and type (samples approved by GE) laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed pre polished precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade laid over sand cushion with grey cement and no pigment incl removal of old and neccessary demolition and all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description all as specified and directed.

M&L framed work as in gates of angle, fencing or other section with gusset plates, braces, angle section of fencing etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work and hanging also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 290,(Gde-E-165 quality)..

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both end each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, but length of bolt exc 10 cm and n exc 15 cm long of 5 to 10 mm dia of neck complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on external surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, or concrete or ceilings etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish off the premises and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treating with three coats of whitewash on new surfaes of walls incl neccessary preparation to give uniform and smooth finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone kerb of roughly squared stones of size 15cm x 30cm, dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush and all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed pre polished precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-40 Grade laid over sand cushion with grey cement and no pigment and including side kerb concrete, incl removal of old and neccessary demolition and all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation and all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing the new surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bond distemper over a coat of interior wall care putty 3mm thick duly rubbed to smooth finish all as specified and as directed

S&F of Powder coated aluminium frame work for doors/window/ partition with one or more rebates incl Joining cleats,hooks, hangers, beadings, rubber gaskets etc, powder coating minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron and fixed in position for making bed curtains complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in Veneered decorative plywood 12 mm thick, grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face veneers on both faces, fixed with screws to aluminium frame work complete all as specified and directed.Note :- An amount of Rs 97177.50 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
