OUTSOURCING SERVICES FOR OPERATION OF SUBMERSIBLE PUMPING SETS, DG SETS, BLEACHING DOZERS ETC OF ZONE- II UNDER GE (WEST) JALANDHAR CANTT

Maintenance, operation and documentation of submersible pumping set, located at Pump house No. 17 at 661 AIR OP including motor, starter, having varying discharge operation at a head greater than 50 feet including operation of various sizes of sluice valve for pumping & distribution, operation of DG sets and bleaching dozers as and when required, on daily basis including “Sunday and Holiday” for eleven calendar months period; round the clock (Maintenance and operation for 24 Hrs) in three shifts, each shift of 08 Hrs duration; by employing Operator (Semi-Skilled)-01 No per shift for each pumping set for carrying out above mentioned works complete all as specified and directed on MES Water Suplly Installations : Notes (Applicable for all items of this Schedule) :- (i) Quantity under Col 3 is variable and shall be calculated actually for 11 months Period of Completion as given in Work Order No 1. (ii) The operator shall be Matriculation pass from recognized board having minimum two year experience in similar job / trade. (iii) The contractor shall submit name of persons to be deployed at work alongwith their qualifications and experience for approval from GE before the date of commencement of work . (iv) Subsequently action for verification of anticidents of the persons to be deployed shall be taken by the contractor and submit the same to Engineere-in-Charge/GE within 07 days from the date of commencement of work. (v) In certain items, two pump houses have been kept under one item which shall be operated by one operator keeping in view in the vicinity, the rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of this aspect. (vi) Cleaning of area in and around pump houses, borewell, OHTs & common areas (viz cutting of grass & disposal of debris) are deemed to be included in the scope of the work. Default if any noticed in duty of cleaning, recovery will be imposed as per clause specified in the Paticular specification.

All as per Srl Item No 1.00 here-in-before but Pump house of MAP Pocket 'N' near 5011 ASC Bn complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.00 here-in-before but located at Pump house No. 24 at Inf Bn- II/ 14 SIKH complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance, operation and documentation of submersible pumping set, located at Pump house No. 28 and 29 at K K Vihar I & II pump house including motor, starter, having varying discharge operation at a head greater than 50 feet including operation of various sizes of sluice valve for pumping & distribution, operation of DG sets and bleaching dozers as and when required, on daily basis including “Sunday and Holiday” for eleven calendar months period; 16 hours per day (Maintenance and operation for 16 Hrs in suitable time shifts as directed for carry out pumping and distribution) in two shifts, each shift of 08 Hrs duration; by employing Operator (Semi-Skilled)-01 No per shift for each pumping set for carrying out above mentioned works complete all as specified and directed on MES Water Suplly Installations : Notes (Applicable for all items of this Schedule) :- (i) Quantity under Col 3 is variable and shall be calculated actually for 11 months Period of Completion as given in Work Order No 1. Maintenance, operation and documentation of Booster pump located at Haqiqat Road (01 No Bhim road & 02 Nos FAFA Qtrs) i.e. total 03 Nos booster pump including operation of various sizes of valves on daily basis as per requirement including Saturday, Sunday and holiday for eleven calender months period in two shifts each of 08 Hrs duration by employing operator (Semi Skilled)- 01 No per shift for carrying out above mentioned works complete all as specified and directed.
