REPAIRING OF HT 11 KV VCB AND CONTROL WIRING AT MAIN TOP UNDER GE (U) CHANDIMANDIR
(A) Disconnecting power supply and rack out the existing 12 KV 3 phase HT VCB type- VD4 12.12.25 and 1250 amps capacity SI No V 9364 Make:- ABB from HT panel board and carefully shifting the same to civil workshop for repairing complete. (01 Job). (b) Dismantling the VCB and taking out the defective operating mechanism and supply and fixing new operating system ( Spring charging , ON/OFF) as per existing size and type complete as directed. (01 Job) (c) Servicing / Inspecting/ Checking of VCB for automatic safety shutter operation for serviceability and adjusting for proper operation , cleaning / decarbonizing of all fixed and moving contacts , levers , springs , etc with soft emery paper , CRC solution and soft dry cloth to remove all carbon deposits and tightening all screws ,nuts, bolts , spring etc and incl applying superior quality petrolium jelly on all contacts , checking of safety /tripping relays and AC/DC power supply circuits for proper functioning , lubrication and greasing of all moving parts of the trolley , stopper bolt for proper operating and closing of shutter gear etc.( 01 Job) (d) Shifting back the VCB to orignal loc and refixing in the HT VCB panel board , connecting with AC/DC supply system and testing for proper working.(01 Job) (e) M&L for checking and repairing of the complete control circuits wiring of 11 KV HT VCB ( Main incoming of feeder No1) for metering/ safety relays/indicators/charging system /tripping closing wiring circuits/connections from CTS,Pts/ Cubical lamp and socket/thermostat and space heater/DC power supply for relays etc incl replacing HT VT fuses as per existing rating -03 Nos and testing for proper functioning complete. (01 Job) Notes : (I) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary T&P nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, insulation tape etc and testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Old material shall be the property of the contractor.
