Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas only for locations (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth) including getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-incharge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas exc 1.5m and n.exc 3.0m in depth including getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-incharge.

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) exceeding 5.0 km but not exceeding 10km and depositng at low lying area in MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rolling and consolidation formation surfaces in cutting with suitable power compacting plant such as tandem vibratory roller etc under optimum moisture content to achieve atleast 98% of maximum dry density (modified PROCTOR density) and to achieve a minimum K-Value of 6.03 Kg/Cm2/Cm to the specified camber and level all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular sub base course (GSB) Grade-II in a single layer (as per Table 400-1 and 400-2 of MORTH & H spec for Road and Bridge works) over compacted sub grade which having 98% density at OMC to achieve ‘K’ value as 6.03 Kg/cm2/cm by using motor spreading levelling and rolling with static roller of capacity 8-12 tonnes and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Note:- This design is based on ‘K’ value of 6.03 Kg/cm2/cm as per soil report. The soil parameters should be assessed on ground and got confirmed before the commencement of works. Any higher or lower variations in these values shall be intimated to this HQ for review/revision of design.

M&L for 150mm WMM in two layer 75mm each (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam manufactured in WMM plant. Each layer compacted separately (as per Table 400-12 and 400-13 of MORTH&H specification for Road and Bridge works) with crushed stone aggregate specified grading spreading using sensor paver and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Dry Lean Concrete (DLC) 150mm thick having compressive strength not less than 10Mpa at 07 days for each consecutive group of 05 cubes. Individual strength of each cube must not be less than 10 Mpa at 07 days. DLC laid over prepared and laid WMM with coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS-383, size of aggregate not exceeding 26.5 mm (Grading and other parameters as per Table 600-1 of MORTH &H specification for Road and Bridge works) Min cement content must not be less than 180 Kg/cum mixed in Batching Plant transported to site and laid by sensor paver including spreading and compacting using double drum smooth wheeled roller with 80-100 KN of static and vibratory capacity including necessary formwork finishing even etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying 05 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual organic and deleterious material spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer .The sand cushion must not contain stones/other hard or uneven matter as specified and directed.

M&L for 325 mm thick Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) of min field Flexural Strength of 45 Kg/Sqcm lower control limit (LCL) at 28 days in pavement slab using min 400 Kg of cement per cum (only 43 grade OPC must be used in PQC) mixed with non circular synthetic fibre reinforcement by mech means at the rate of 0.25% by weight of cement per cum of PQC. The max size of aggregate in PQC must be 31.5 mm and gradation (as per Table 600-3 of MORTH &H Specification for Road and Bridge works) laid spread and compacted with slipform paver and curing, tinning (by mechanical attachment) complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) Polyster triangular/non circular synthetic fibres as secondary reinforcement mixed in concrete shall be measured and paid for separtely under respective item of this schedule. However, mixing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Construction joints, dummy (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (iii) Deduction shall be made in PQC for quantity for expansion joints.

(iv) For the purpose of pricing this item, the cement content shall be considered as 400 Kg/Cum. Minus price adjustment shall be made @ rate of Rs. 6.5 per Kg in case of quantity of cement used is less than 400 kg/Cum. However No plus price adjustment shall be made to the quoted rate if excess quantity of cement is used beyond 400 Kg/Cum. (v) The quoted rate shall deemed to be include the cost of curing, etc. no extra amount will be payble on this account.

M & L for brooming concrete pavement surface while concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only polyester non circular synthetic fibre 12 mm long with affective diameter 30.35 micron designed for melting point 240-260 degree celcius and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 @ 0.25% by weight of cement per cum of PQC make approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and Laying 400 Micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) having weight 390 gms/Sqm over tack coat/sand cushion as specified in the design as specified in specification with overlap between adjacent strip (no additional payment for overlap) and transverse joints etc complete as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of construction joints 25 mm deep and 10 mm wide using high RPM diamond bit cutter cleaning of surface and filled with closed cell medium density cross linked polythene backup rod 12 mm dia. Application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joints priming top 15 mm with approved primer and filling with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS -5212 with MAF +/- 30% having 10 year performance guarantee and removing the marking tape after filling of sealant and as specified and as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming dummy/contraction joints using diamond cutter with an initial saw cut of 3mm soon after the concrete has set in upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1/4th the thickness of the slab, widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24 mm deep from the top filled with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia for complete length of the joints.Priming the top 15 mm with approved primer applying marking tape on edges of joints to prevents accidental spillage of sealant and filling with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212 with min MAF +/- 30% having 10 year performance guarantee and removing the marking tape post filling of sealant all as per method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 25 mm thick expansion joints in concrete slab for full depth of PQC. The joint be leaned and filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible polythene closed cell type filler board as specified and applying closed cell, medium density crossed linked polthene foam back up rod of 30 mm dia over filler board priming top 15 mm with approved primer and filling with poly urethane based sealant complying with BS-5212 with min MAF +/- 30% having 10 year performance guarntee applying marked tape on the edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the marking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed.

M&L for preparataion of concrete surface of taxi track and applying two coat of road marking paints over primer in required pattern in bands, strips or painting all over as required using water based road marking paint of any shade or white & yellow all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as sub base and foundation of concrete complete all as specified and directed

M & L for RCC M-30 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc, basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 (20mm graded stone aggregate) RCC culvert walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness, above top of footings including attached pilasters and but resses complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100mm thick (compacted thickness) wet mix macadam manufactured in WMM plant, one layer compacted separately (As per Table 400-12 and 400-13 of MOTH & H specification for Road and Bridge Work) with crushed stone aggregates specified grading , spreading using sensor paver and consolidated to required gardient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for MS deformed or twisted, TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or secuirng with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for removal of serviceable elevated IMNI directional Taxi lights alongwith CI boxes and deposit in the same with CCR section for safe custody including necessary excavation and earthwork complete all as specified and directed Note :- Excavation, returning &filling , removal of soil/stone deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

M & L installation of ALN fittings elevated OMNI directional Taxi lights 36W, 6.6A, 5 KVA with base plate, gasket, body lens, holding ring, lamp with lamp holder, blue lens complete all as specified and directed Note :- Samples of the same are available with CCR section, 5 FBSU for ready reference. Make AMA or equivalent as approved by GE.

M & L installation of CI Boxes (Transformer housing box) for taxi light complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Samples of the same are available with CCR section, 5 FBSU for ready reference. Make AMA or equivalent as approved by GE.

M & L installation of isolating transformer 45W, 6.6A, 5 KVA complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Samples of the same are available with CCR section, 5FBSU for ready reference. Make AMA/Bildal or equivalent as approved by GE.

Labour only for removal of serviceable AFLS Primary Cable, single core, 5 KV, XLPE insulated, PE or PVC outer sheathed of copper conductor of any size and deposit with CCR section for safe custody complete all as specified and directed. M&L for new AFLS Primary Cable, single core, 5 KV, XLPE insulted, PE or PVC outer sheathed of copper conductor size 6 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. M&L for removal of old unserviceable primary connector kit KD510 series for AFLS cables and deposit with CCR section of safe custody complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of HDPE pipe 32mm dia or nearest higher size for protection of AFLS cable and control cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out any type of soil all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm as in soil all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of earthling complete as per electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.0mm thick, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25mtrs below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5mtrs below normal ground level connected to and including GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel. Earthing GI wire shall be protected by galvanized iron or steel pipe 15 mm bore “light grade” and connected to continuous earth wire on pole/test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI “medium grade”. The earthing shall be of inclusive of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, strata charcoal, salt, funnel PCC pit and CI cover complete all as specified & tested complete. Note :- (i) GI wire 4 mm dia upto 7.5 mtr length shall be deemed to include in this items rate. If the desired earth resistance is not obtained after completion of the earthing will be redone by the contractor with out any extra cost to the Govt.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine for depth upto 1.5 mtr including supply and laying of HDPE pipe of 150mm dia or nearest higher size suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure inside bore complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep avg 15 cm and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
