Material and Labour for in replacement earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground to depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal / coal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel including GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade upto the extent of 7.5 metre and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board including GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering, MS funnel and bringing out the watering pipe upto 30 cm above the normal ground level plugged at top including all fitting including PCC earth pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC pit cover including necessary earthwork and excavation in any type of soil complete all as specified as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and testing on completion. Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles and testing LT cable XLPE, PVC insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.50 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cable etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil such as soft /loose /Hard /dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Returning filling in, approved soft/loose soil, including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers, each layer not exceeding 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Removing excavated material of any type of soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directedc at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point . complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- charge.

Material and Labour sand cushioning, with dry and clean fine river sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and laying Best quality, locally available, sub class ‘B’ burnt clay bricks (Old Size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying GI tubing 40mm bore Light grade with all fittings such as clamps laid in trenchs or fixed on wall along pole including fixing arrangement , nut bolts, clamps etc.complete for protection of electic cable / strip complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in charge.

Supply and Fixing for PVC connection pipe (Copper chromium plate 8mm dia both end threaded including brass coupling bolt cone washer complete length of pipe not less than 450mm suitahle for holt /cold water system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing stop valve cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed both end for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
