Taking down carefully unserviceable ceiling fans of any size from its position, dismantling blades, taking the fan motor to electrical replacement shop and bringing back the fan motor after making it serviceable & testing and hanging the ceiling fan in its position after fixing the removed blades properly and making necessary connections to ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Replacement of unserviceable spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule here-in-after.

Material and labour in replacement of GI pipe light grade of size 50mm dia for protection of UG cable on walls/under floors/road crossings/in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

Material and labour in replacement of GI pipe light grade of size 80mm dia for protection of UG cable on walls/under floors/road crossings/in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply and fix danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size, , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for repair of old LT panel board of any size/type incl cleaning with compressed air, tightening of all electric connections to bus bar & switchgears, re-fixing of door (front & backside) with proper fixing & replacement of butt hinges/ Lock with key, replacement of bus bar ,replacement of worn-out lugs, nut, bolts, proper connection to main earth lead, glands to be provided/replaced as required at cable entries, fixing of door front & back side with proper locking arrangement, repair to PCC foundation as required at site and spray painting with powder coated paint with smoke grey paint in outer/inner side of panel after cleaning and preparing surface complete all as directed. Note : Aluminium bus Bar shall be measured and paid under respective item.

Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor LT feeder pillar box in replacement , CPRI Approved , factory fabricated in an factory having modern fabrication and testing process which includes seven tank pre-treatment process comprising of degreasing, rinsing, de-rusting , rinsing, phosphatising, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns .The bus bar chamber comprising of high conductivity aluminium bus bar of capacity 400 Amps three phase and half the capacity for neutral. The doors shall be provided with suitable gasket and latch including PCC foundation for erecting the panel board. Feeder pillar shall be suitable to accommodate the following as specified and as directed.:- OUTER SHELL : The outer shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet &MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame, factory fabricated with front & back open able, double door system lockable/open able by keys from both sides having chromium plated locks. ‘U’ type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate of thickness 3.15 mm powder coated having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The outer shell shall be powder coated Siemens grey structural RAL 7032 shade.

INNER SHELL : inner shell shall be made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear, front & back open able single door system lockable / open able by keys from both sides having chromium plated locks (2 Nos in each compartment),having louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size ‘F’ class insulator made on non hygroscopic, non combustible , track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material at an interval not more than 500mm throughout the length of the TPN bus bar. Material and labour for cable route indicator 150mm dia 3mm thick made out of cast aluminum duly marked with size and type of cable fixed on 40x40x6mm angle iron support embedded in PCC 1;2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded (300x300x400mm size) and painted with 2 coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for De-hydration/ filtration of transformer oil by employing on line filtration plant to achieve di-electric strength not less than minimum 50 KV including following work services :- (a) Removal of all suspended particles such as dust, rust, scales, collided Carbon oxidation sludge, etc upto < 1 micron. (b) De-hydration of transformer oil under vacuum. (c) Circulation of heated oil and filling of treated oil in transformer tank. (d) Top up the transformer oil upto the level NOTE : (i) Contractor shall use the vehicle mounted filtration plant with new suitable size heavy duty hose pipe. (ii) The transformer oil required for replacing/top up shall be measured and paid separately . (iii) Conducting field testing of di-electric strength of the transformer oil before and after filtration

Material and labour for disconnecting HT/LT connection of transformer, 11000/433 V, 3 Phase, 4 wire system and opening up the top cover of transformer of capacity 200 KVA for checking the conditions to carryout replacements at site, including draining out oil from the transformer in suitable container (containers to be provided by the contractor) and replacement to the transformer with replacement of parts (as required), checking the lead connection from winding to bus rods including necessary soldering/jointing etc and after complete replacement refilling the dehydrated oil, replacing perished gasket with new gasket of same size and testing on full load after connecting the HT/LT connections complete all as directed by Engineering charge Notes : (i) Major parts as under shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ (iii) Dehydration/ filtration of transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ’ (iv) T&P and minor parts will be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item (v) Rate deemed to be inclusive of securing the cables on HT/ LT side for tension free at cable entry box.
