Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications & at all level.Note : The minimum cement content for RCC works should be as per the latest revision of the relevant IS code.

Providing REINFORCEMENT FOR REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules,cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete including cost of binding wire as per specifications and drawings. Steel Supplied by the Contractor. Using TMT bars of specified grade all dia bars to be supplied by the contractor manufactured confirming to IS:1786.

Providing and applying cold liquid Polyurethane waterproofing system having following layers: (a) Primer / base coat: Providing and applying (Pre-Measured Packed) silver grey coloured 2 (two) component solvent free, odourless, Epoxy-based Primer with excellent adhesive property on the clean and grinded surface/substrate. The substrate can be slightly moist (in concrete, the moisture must be less than 20 %), sound and free from any material that would hinder good adhesion. Mix component 'A' into component 'B' in ratio of 1: 0.16 by weight thoroughly with a clean stirring stick. The mixture should be of uniform colour & free from streaks and be applied evenly with roller. The primer should be completely dry for further application of liquid applied polyurethane based membrane/ coating. The consumption, depending on the nature and condition of the substrate for priming, should be within the range of 250 – 400 gm/sq.m. The rate shall including cost of all material, labour, tools & plants, consumables etc. complete all as directed by EIC. (b) Top coat: Providing and applying cold liquid applied waterproofing based on highly flexible solvent free single component Polyurethane system and special needle punched non woven, system compatible polyester fleece of minimum 120 GSM as reinforcement. The cold liquid applied reinforced system shall have high crack bridging property and shall be UV stable, solvent-free, Cool Roof system. Application procedure: (i) Stir the material well before use. (ii) 2/3rd of the waterproofing mix material to be applied on the primed substrate and the special polyester fleece of min. 120 gsm to be rolled with roller including removal of air bubbles with an overlap of min. 5 cm. (iii) The remaining 1/3rd of the waterproofing material to be poured onto the surface until complete saturation is achieved. The layers should be applied on wet surface of earlier coat and there should not be any time lag during the laying of the system. (iv) After curing, one coat of material approx. 300g/sq.m. to be applied after 24 hours. (v) The total system of waterproofing for material and components shall be procured from single manufacturer. (vi) The total thickness achieved from the application should be from 1.4 to 1.7 mm. (vii) The total consumption of mix waterproofing depending on the nature, porosity and condition of the substrate should be in the range of 2.3 to 2.7 kg/sq.m. The rate shall including cost of all material, labour, tools & plants, consumables etc. complete all as directed by Project Engineer. Specifications/Technical Parameters: The tensile strength of the membrane shall be min. 8.60 N/sq.mm and Elongation at break with fleece shall be min. 83.0 % (with fleece). The Tear Resistance of the membrane shall be min. 41.0 N/mm, Solar Reflection Index (SRI) Value of membrane shall be min. 100, Degree of solar reflectance of the membrane shall be min. 85% and adhesive strength shall be min. 2.40 N/sq.mm. etc. Note : The contractor shall provide min. 10 (ten) years Leak Proof Performance warranty for the complete waterproofing work.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces, chajjas etc. consisting of flowing operations (i) Injecting the top slab as required with cement and approved water proof compound solution to fill up all inherent holes, voids honey combs etc.in the concrete slab, setting "autoclaved aerated light weight block bats" coba in waterproof mortar with necessary gradient for easy flow of water & continue the treatment along the inner faces of parapet or other adjoining wall upto a height of 300 mm in the shape of vatas, finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (using river / crushed sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including mixing polyester fibre of approved make' at the rate of 125 grams per 50 kg of cement in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300 X 300 mm square, 3 mm deep (v) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of 2 weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and as specified by the Engineer-in-charge (120 mm Average thickness for terraces using river sand )

Extra over 120 mm thick for providing cement based waterproofing treatment to new terraces / chajjas including cleaning the concrete surfaces, giving injections to the top slab as required with cement & approved waterproofing compound solution to fill up all inherent holes, voids honey-combs etc. in the concrete slab, setting "autoclaved aerated light weight block bats" coba in waterproof mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) with necessary gradient for easy flow of water, complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be over and above the average thickness of 120 mm only)

Providing and laying minimum 25 mm thick uniform shade Kotah stone flooring & skirting over 20 mm thick (Avearge) base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing in minimum three levels to obtain mirror polish complete with base cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) all as per specifications, patterns and drawings complete.

Providing and fixing Glazed VITRIFIED floor tiles of approved make in different sizes conforming to IS 15622 in all colours and shades in Glossy or Matt or satin finish laid over a bed of minimum 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (using Crushed sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry including grouting with the joints with white cement based Tile Grout of approved make and matching shade complete as per patterns, drawings and specifications complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Using Tiles of size 600 X 600 mm

Providing and Laying non toxic, solvent free ,epoxy resin for waterproofing potable/general water retaing structures and surfaces, toilets etc. in two coats ( overcoating time 24hrs ) to achive minimum total protective thickness of 200microns ( theoretical consumption 0.1ltr per Sqm per coat) including preparation of surface to receive the treatment, spreading quatz sand after first coat and curing to obtain full watertightness of the surfaces. Complete as per the manufacture's specification and as directed by the Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS 15622 of approved make. shade and colour of size ranging from 300 - 600 mm long and 300 mm - 600 mm wide and thickness not less than 6 mm as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (using crushed sand), setting the tiles in cement slurry and pointing the joints with matching colour Tile grout of approved make of matching shade including using PVC tile trim in the exposed corners, complete as per drawings, patterns and specifications complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles of minimum 300 - 600 mm long and 300 - 600 mm wide and thickness not less than 6 mm conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades as approved by Engineer-in-charge over a bed of 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry including pointing with white cement based Tile grout of approved make and matching shade complete as per patterns, drawings and specifications complete as directed by the Enginner-in-charge

Providing, supplying and laying pre polished granite slab flooring / dado / Wall cladding with 15 - 17 mm thick granite slabs over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) laid and placed with grey cement slurry including filling the joints with matching white cement based tile grout complete all as per specifications and drawings.-Using approved shade other than black Note : Stone used shall be of 17 mm thk slab without color variation & any deformities, Water marks etc, It shall be machine cut & machine polished, shall be of 1st quality, approved make, color, shade and lot by the architects /Project Engineer. . Stone shall be hard, sound, durable and free from weathering decay and defects like cavities, cracks, flaws, sand holes, injurious veins, patches of loose or soft materials and other similar defects that may adversely affect its strength and appearance. As far as possible stones shall be of uniform colour, quality or texture. The carriage and stacking of materials shall be done as directed by the Project Engineer. Any tools and plants, required for the work shall be arranged by the Contractor.

Extra for providing edge moulding to 15 to 17 mm thick marble stone / Granite Slab counters, Vanitis etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish et. Complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-charge.-For Granite work

Providing and laying granite Inlay of approved Pattern made out of 19 mm thk machine cut & machine polished 1st quality Granite slab of approved make, color & shade. Granite shall be free from any color variation and deformities. The granite shall be fixed on floor, before fixing the surface shall be properly hacked, scrapped, surface preparation shall be done with 1:1 cement slurry paste of min 12 mm thk shall be placed and on the top granite with proper edge moulding , water jet/laser jet cutting, bedding / lipping, shall be placed, Proper curing, joints filling, etc. all will be complete as per directions of Project Engineer.

Providing and fixing second class TEAK wood skirting upto 50 mm high, bands etc. on partitions, walls and other similar locations, including necessary B.W.P. ply backing, nails, screws, melamine polishing in approved colour etc. raised from FFL as per dwg. complete as per detailed drawings.

Providing and fixing Aluminium skirting 50 mm high on partitions and walls. The rate to be inclusive of all accessories, such as anchor fasteners etc. complete. as per the approval of Project Engineer.

Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for post Anti-termite treatment to existing buildings as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Work to be executed by approved agency and specified guarantee for 7 (Seven) years shall be furnished by the tenderer. Payment will be cleared only after submission of guarantee.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealent etc. (fittings glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately)

The ACM panel composition shall be of 0.5 mm thick PVDF coated aluminium sheet + 3 mm thick low density polyethelene virgin resin core + 0.5 mm thick polyester (PVDF) coated Aluminium sheet all complete as per approved shop drawings and specification (Aluminium frame work will be paid under reelevant item) Note : ACMP shall be measured to the actual visible area of the ACP sheet including silicon joints as fixed on site.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with PVC / Neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge (Cost of snap beading shall be paid in basic item) With clear float glass panes of 6.00 mm thickness

Providing and fixing in position suspended false ceiling system using 12 mm thick calcium silicate boards 100% humidity resistance, incombustible as per BS476 part IV with thermal conductivity of 0.043 w/m KC placed in a suspended grid of size of 600x 600mm made of hot-dipped G.I steel sections wherein the ceiling sections of 0.55 mm thick shall be suspended at 1200 mm centres along the length of ceiling with 4mm dia G.I wires/ 1 mm thick strip hangers made of G.I sheet sections with necessary level adjusters and inter channels of 0.90mm thick with connecting clips and resting on the periphery walls on wall angles of 0.55 mm thickness including providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers, trap doors etc to be made as per layout drawings and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.The main tees to be suspended from the ceiling/ soffit with the help of metal dash fastners of 6mmx50mm, soffit clits of 25mmx35mmx1.60mm and 4mm dia G.I wire with galvanised spring steel levelling clips/ G.I strip Hangers at 600mm centers . the entire grid system shall be designed to bear a distributed load of minimum 25 kg/Sq.m (Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured for the purpose of payment) Note:The rate shall include providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers, trap doors etc to be made as per layout drawings. The work shall be carried out as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) ranging from 0.70 to 0.85, with rockwool 50mm thick, 48 kg density, for enhancing the NRC value.The exposed grid ceiling comprises a pre-coated steel angle of size 24×24mm, fixed to the brick wall partition at the perimeter of the ceiling by nylon sleeves and wood screws at 450 mm centers.
