Day to day and Periodic Maintenance works of T. E. Building and Staff Quarters at CTX, PandT, HPO/DTO, Hansari, E-10B and Pichhore Compound at Jhansi for year 2024-25.

SH: Repairs to Building

Providing services for attending day to day Plumbing related maintenance work on alternate days (minimum 8 days per month) in all T. E. Buildings and Staff Quarters compounds at Jhansi by attending complaints such as repairing/replacing fittings like bib cock, stop cock, pillar cock, PVC Connections pipes etc. & maintaining water supply line in order as per Direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (All T&P and labours has to be arranged by the contractor and only consumable material like pipe, fittings etc. will be supplied by the department). (Note: One month services will be measured as one job for payment purpose). Helper services are not included in the item. It will be provided through item No.5 as & when required.

Providing services on alternate days (minimum 4 days per month) attending for carpentering related maintenance work including aluminium doors repairs and maintenance in all T. E. Buildings and Staff Quarters compound at Jhansi by attending complaints such as repairs to doors/windows including aluminium doors etc. with replacement/repairs of fittings as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (All T&P and labours has to be arranged by contractor and only consumable materials like fittings etc. will be supplied by the department). (Note: One month services will be measured as one job for payment purpose). Helper services are not included in the item. It will be provided through item No.5 as & when required.

Providing services for cleaning of Manholes, Sewer lineon alternate days (minimum 8 days per month) of all T. E. Buildings and Staff Quarters compound at Jhansi including removal of earth, silt, slush, brick bats, garbages and other refuses, disposing of the same to the dumping site in township complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-Charge. (Note: One month services will be measured as per job for payment purpose).

Providing services of Beldar/Helpar for assisting Plumber/Carpenter on all working days (minimum 20 days per month) as per direction of E-in-C.

Cleaning of silt saplings, fungi, dust etc. including disposal to outside compound to an authorized municipal dump and washing tank with bleaching powder using @ 150 gms. of bleaching powder for every 1000 litre tank and keeping it in the tank at least for three hours before flushing clean.

PVC tanks Capacity beyond 500 litre & up to 1000 litre

Under ground Water tank.

Removal of sludge from Septic Tank same in and around with clean water including disposal of sludge outside the compound at authorized municipal dumping ground. (Capacity of septic tank shall be measured for payment).
