75 mm thick, cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, as in plinth protection, complete all as specified.Plinth protection shall be laid in 1:20 slope and joint filling sealed with bituminous sealing compound grade "A" .

100 mm thick Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2,using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase,path,floor,hardstanding complete all as specified and directed.

Hardcore of broken stone gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Brick work with fly ash bricks, class designation 75, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new external surfaces of walls brooming down, applying two coats of cement based paint white or tinted over a coat of primer including properly filling the cracks with putty, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates,mud stops, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed rounded or chamfered on edges with and including using necessary use and waste of formwork for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rolled mild Steel as in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS.4923-1997 grade St.-240 and fixing complete all as as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors,tank staging etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rolled mild Steel as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 15mm dia tubing of medium grade, galvanised with all fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors incl elbow, socket, reducers etc., and making good as existing surface complete all as specified and directed

Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410 (Gde E-250) complete all as as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface excavation n.exc. 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil and getting out in and including clearing all grass vegetation, saplings, shurbs, brush woods under growth roots and trees not exceeding 30cm girth (measured one metre abive ground level ) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 mtrs outside the periphery of the area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.50 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth; for foundation or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq. m on plan and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each,excavated soil in soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil/ excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as speciied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: For the purpose of arriving at Net contract sum amount, the amount of credit schedule i.e Sch 'A' section II (i.e Rs 22400.00 shall be deducted from the total amount arrived.
