S&F pre painted galvalume aluminum and zinc alloy coating with GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of a colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick /stone massonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top of 5 mm thick, to other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Water proofing compound to be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".)

Taking down steel sliding shutter, area of each shutter not exceeding 12.00 sqm each of any type and description including cover, guide rail anchoring rod, manual operated type with crank handle etc. and carrying out neccessary repair/ replacement work to defective components such as pulling system , locking plate, guide channel, bracelet plate etc and reassembling the rolling shutter including greasing, welding, drilling where required and refixing the shutter in the existing location and making functional to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge complete all as directed. ( Note: The shutter shall be removed carefully alongwith its accessories without damaging the adjacent structure. All the defective parts to be repaired/ replaced under this item shall lay out at site for proper verification and approval of the Engineer in charge and shall be repaired /Replaced only after prior approval of the Engineer in charge. Necessary greasing easing will be done to the appropriate parts/ spares/ fixtures for smooth functioning of the shutter.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation, laying of pipe or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.
