Taking out unserviceable wheel shaft of cast iron sluice valve from pit /column pipe of 150 /100/80 mm dia & carrying to the workshop for cutting, threading, grinding etc & refixing the same after repair complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Drilling and tapping of GI/ CI/DI water line for branch connection of 15 mm to 50mm pipe with clamp & connected accessories complete all as specified & directed.

Cleaning and disinfection of entire internal surfaces of chamber of RCC overhead reservoir both compartment of capacity One Lakh gallon at 70 to 80 ft staging at Nabha Military Station including all required T & P and manpower comprising or complete all as specified and directed of the following processes. (a) Draining out water and evacuation of internal surfaces including floor and ceiling with mechanical pressure machine by applying solution of H2 02 (Hydrogen per Oxide) in the ratio of 1: 100 (1 LT of H202 and 100 Ltr of water). (b) Disludging the dirt layers with high speed water jet including scrapping the surface with wire brush and draining out the sludge water. (c) Cleaning the internal surfaces complete with Mechanical Scrubber and washing the surfaces with high-pressure water jet. (d) Filling the chambers with clear water and washing out prior to reuse after complete process. (e) Writing on the surface of tank date of cleaning as specified and as directed

Taking down old unserviceable non return valve of 150 mm dia from existing position and supply & fixing cast Iron non return valve of 150 mm dia conforming to IS 14846 with flanged ends including necessary joints by means of bolts and nuts washers and rubber gasket complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only calcium hypoclorite 65% to 70% chlorine content in granuals form calcium based granular chlorination chemical all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Hogh strength calcium based granular chlorination chemical to packed in plastic drum of 45 Kgs each (iii) The brand and make of thr chlorination chemical must be stated and certifcate of Hygiene & Public Health (Govt of India) conforming compliance to all the above specification technical strength, stability, health, safety and operational point of view as well as the fact this product is used for water supply installations.

Detecting the leakage from underground CI/DI pipe 150 mm bore and rectifying the leakage by burrning out existing lead and redoing the joint by adding extra lead if required complete all as specified and directed

All as above item No. 45 but for GI/CI/DI pipe 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply connecting and testing and comissioning complete in replacement of existing unserviceable electric cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed water proof 3 phase 3 core AC 1100 volts grade 16 sqmm multistarnded flat copper conductor suitable for submersible pump including making connection to pump set as well as to control panel complete including taking out old cable all as specified and directed.

M & L for carrying out repairs to submersible pump of capacity upto 35/40 HP after dismantling the assembly complete for replacement of worn out spares such as stage bowls, impellers, pump shaft, sleeves, bushes etc with and incl filling, turning & polishing work to pump shaft, gun metal impellers as necessitated and re-assembling the pump after repairs incl applying a coat of water proof epoxy paint to the external surfaces of pump and testing complete all as specified and directed :- Note: (i) Any spares required to be replaced will be measured and paid separately under respective item of Schedule ‘A’ (ii) Lifting up submersible pump set of any capacity along with MS column flanged pipe 125/150 mm dia bore and submersible cable 3 core of size upto 25 Sqmm from existing bore well at different loaction including dismantelling cable connection etc complete all as specified and directed upto 35 mtr depth (iii) Submersible cable, column pipe to be stacked in suitable place at pump house for checking/inspection cleaning properly. (iv) All T&P and transportation charges to and fro Nabha mil stn to workshop shall be deemed included in the qouted rate. (v) Lowering of submersible pump set after repair alongwith MS column pipe 150 mm dia, making flanged joints , cable connection to submersible pump complete all as specified and directed depth upto 35 mtr.

M&L for rewinding of submersible motors AC, 3 phase, 440 Volts, 33 to 40 HP capacity, 75 Mtr head, with PVC insulated copper submersible winding wire of identical gauge and specification of the existing winding wires with all necessary insulating materials including cleaning of stator and slots and applying a coat of water proof epoxy paint to the exterior surfaces of motor and testing on load complete all as specified and directed. Note: Any spares other than specified in the above item will be measured and paid separately under respective item of Schedule ‘A’.

Supply only Motor bush upper and lower suitable for submersible Motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Rotor bearing sleeves upper and lower of existing description & make suitable for submersible motor of any size / capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Motor thrust bearing assembly complete of existing description & make suitable for submersible pump of 40 HP capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pressure Gauge (burdon type) suitable for mounting on 150 mm CI Water supply mains, capacity 0-21 kg / cm , including U bend, GI Pipe and Brass valve arrangement along with pipe fitting complete in all respect and all as specified & directed.

Repair to existing GI pipe 20/25mm by providing GI fittings i.e Elbow, Nipple, Union socket, Tee, Reducer socket etc. as per site requirement including cutting, threading, inserting necessary fittings for jointing existing pipe complete to ensure the joints leak proof for 20/25mm bore pipe, including removing of existing unserviceable pipe to MES store yard, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) These jobs are meant for rectification of leakage / blockage in existing distribution network. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item includes for necessary excavation & earth work all as directed. (iii) During repair it may necessitated the involvement of bailing out water and work as in mud/wet conditions, so contractor shall arrange all necessary arrangements to avoid stagnation/pending of water in nearby area. Unit rate quoted against this item deemed to be included for all such expenses. (iv) Taking down & refixing existing GI pipe for replacement of defective GI fittings is the part of the Job. New GI pipe upto 1 metre wherever required during rectification is the part of the Job. The rate deemed to be included in the quoted rate against this item.

Replacement of defective unserviceable 'D' joints , clamps, sockets etc for CI pipe 100/80 mm dia including cutting /threading and other allied work including earth work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fixing cast iron pipe with flanged end centrifugally casted class LA in any length 150 mm bore in rising/supply main of O/H reservoir with rubber gasket, nuts & bolts with washers including required T&P complete all as specified and directed. Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & applying for two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating on Brick level, SmartCare Damp Block 2K or approved equivalent (For Effloresce treatment), having 100% elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hydrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per ASTMC1202, crack bridging up to 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5. The coating shall have food grade certificate from laboratories like CFTRI, will be apply on both Positive & Negative side and resist up to 5 Bars of Hydrostatic Pressure. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing, etc. After coating sand will be sprinkled on the coating then apply plaster on the coating including all type of scafolding etc as required complete as manufacturer specifications and as specified and directed. Note : Taking down cement plaster and rendering plaster will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for 15mm thick cement pastering in cement mortar 1:4 and mixig the water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions on brick or concrete surface of wall finished complete all as specified and directed Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid saparately under item .

M&L for 10mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar CM 1:6 finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall over plastered surface to prepare the surface even & smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new plastered or unplastered surface of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement sheets [corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc] in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed to self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
