Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils except in hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m inclusive of shoring, shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary, refilling the foundation with excavated earth other than sandy soil in layers of not more than 150mm thick layers well rammed and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in place shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site etc,. complete.

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 [one cement, four M-sand and eight course aggregates] using 40mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling Well gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Fly Ash Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best Fly Ash Bricks of size 230 x 110 x 70mm including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

For Foundation and Basement

Providing and laying in position standardised concrete mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 3250kg/10cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0cum) 7730kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.30cm) 5156kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7760kg of M-Sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / Roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and directed by the departmental officers. The Coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild Steel or Ribbed Tor steel bars for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing Polymer Coating (Water Proof Coating) for sunken portion of toilet with following specification and the surfaceshall be cleaned to remove all dust, foregin, matters losematerials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbingwith wire brush.Slurry: Dry blend and polymer liquid blend shall be mixedinto the desired ratio as per recommendation of the supplier.The mix shall be stirred thoroughly until no bubbles remain inthe mix. Any lumps found in mix shall be removed.Apply first coat of polymer modified cementitious slurry bybrush on wet cleaned surface. After drying, second coat shallbe applied on the first coat as directed by the departmentalofficers etc. The rate inclusive ofcost of materials andlabour, etc., complete.

Providing Granolithic Floor finish of 50mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed sand (M-Sand) and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion paint (weather proof) of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris, putty wherever required etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Supplying and Erecting Gear Operated Type Rolling Shutter (Excess of 12 sqm. Area) with ISI make of approved size and sectionusing 18 GI sheet. The shutter shall be painted withone coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive ofhood covers, transportation charges etc. Complete.

Supply and delivery and fixing of 10000 Litres Capacity HDPE tank as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc., complete.

Supply and run of 1 of No.8 Copper Conductor cable for earth connection. (For lift / Escalator Earthing)

Supply and laying of 4 x 16 sq.mm PVC armoured LTUG cable in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre putting 0.15 metre layer of sand and covering the cable completely with bricks and sand and refilling the earth to make good.

supply and fixing of 150W LED street light fitting with LED (Higher end) with 40mm dia. GI pipe (class B) with 1 no.40 mm GI bend complete on the existing post/ on wall with 1.5 sq.mm PVC unsheathed copper leads with MS clamps and with painting.

Supply and fixing of Water CO2 Stored Pressure Type 9 litres capacity Fire Extinguisher as per new IS 15683 complete with control valve, gun metal cap, pressure gauge, operation sticker, discharge hose, wall mounting bracket, safety clip, etc., as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply and fixing of 20A DP plug and socket in sheet enclosure with 32A DP MCB in flush with wall with earth connection. [Legrand (MDS) / Hager (L&T) Make]

Supply and run of 25mm x 6mm tinned copper flat with necessary clamps / supports on wall / floor / ground for earth connection.

Supply and laying of the following size of PVC armoured LTUG cable in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre putting 0.15 metre layer of sand and covering the three sides of the cable with bricks and refilling the earth to make good.
